Not durable enough for the price
Overall I am pretty disappointed. They are comfortable but I got a hole where my big toe sits after about 5 rides. It was wet and rainy, but still for the price of the socks I expect them to be more durable

look and feel great!
I bought these socks a few weeks ago and having now worn them on several rides, I'm happy to say they were a great buy. The socks look great and feel lovely. Ideal for the cooler temperature of autumn.

Polyester look and feel
Supposedly these contain merino wool, but the feel and performance is like plain polyester. Not especially comfortable, not especially absorbent. Several washes improved them a little.

Rubbish
Last pair of Brevet socks survived 4 years abuse including 2 Transcontinental Races. This pair didn’t manage a single ride without a hole in the toe (and yes I do cut my nails:)

Socks that fit!
This is a great pair of socks that actually fit me perfect! I am size 12 uk and I'm so used to socks not fitting as I'd like them to. These are great, superb quality and look good too. I like the pink for some reason , as I never usually buy that colour. They aren't cheap, but I just may buy another pair. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone want quality and willing to pay for it. You won't be disappointed.

Great socks for touring
I have just finished a 1200km ride with only two pairs of those (I was washing one in the evening and drying it on my saddlebag during the day), and I was surprised how good they have been—no odor whatsoever ( I was washing them with water and no detergent). And a very lovely knit that feels comfortable even in very tight shoes over long hours.
They fill as good during chilly night ride as they are during summer days.
I was wearing them during the heatwave, though, and the fact that they are black + made of wool was a bit too much.

Delicate
Good socks and the stripes make me more visible on my commute. Only 4 stars given as the textile is very fine and delicate and on their first outing got seriously ‘pulled’ when they came into accidental contact with the mini hooks on my velcro cycle shoe straps (Fizik). Love my shoes too so just got to be super careful when removing my shoes!

Comfy and good-looking socks
I was surprised by how much I like these socks. The material is soft and comfortable to wear. I personally like the purple and it matches with my other purple Rapha jerseys. The reflective details come in handy during late fall / winter rides when there is less light when I'm riding. Overall, great design and functionality.

Soon look worn
Worn these for one ride, feel great on the bike.. once your home however and walk around the house in them whilst getting changed and what have you... they pull and bobble up on the carpet really quickly.
Within one day they look like they’ve been through the wash a dozen times... Not the usual quality I’ve come to expect.

A little disappointing
The product started pilling after just a few hours of wear! I put them on in the morning, spent the day in them at work (sat at a desk) then cycled home. When I took them off I was very disappointed to see they looked so worn... like I'd had them for months. After being washed a thread had pulled and they look even worse.

Great in principal but think I got a duff pair
Brilliant socks in theory, the design, the reflective strip and the great colour choice. Unfortunately after the first wear the stitching on the base of the foot seems to have started to become loose so I feel they shan't last too long. Maybe I purchased a Friday afternoon pair? Other than that, they are fab.

A little restrictive and irritative
Rapha sets the bar high so it was unexpected that the cuffs are a little tight. The reflective part is also a little irritative on the inside. This is never an issue with socks from other brands though.
Other than the above, the overall fit is good and the material is soft and breathable.

Adds to my Overall Ride Comfort
I expected little more than to have socks that matched my jersey. I am pleasantly surprised at the comfort of these socks after 100 mile rides in varying conditions. I can't say if it is the fabric, the woven layer of padding under the ball of the foot or a combination of features, but the Brevet socks have proven to to be a new standard in what I where on long rides, even when wet and rainy. I wear a size 11 US shoe and ordered Lg and XL and find the XL easer to get on and off with no compromise in fit.

Comfortable but thin
These socks are supremely comfortable and they keep nice and cool and very dry. The reflective touches are nice as well. However the big issue is that they are very thin. If they were a tad thicker that would be perfect! They are also astronomically expensive for a pair of socks.

Comfortable
I wore these for the first time at the weekend for a club ride. These socks are very comfortable and fit perfectly having used the Rapha size guide. I bought the regular length sick which on me come up to just under the calf. Happy with this purchase

Hi viz socks
Like that these match with a range of non Rapha kit , like the fact that they don’t have the brand prominently displayed. They are bigger than expected, would go down a size next time, too much fabric and bunches up causing wrinkles and pressure

Just an ordinary sock nothing special about it
Having bought many many Rapha products and having purchased the Brevet socks to go with my Brevet Wind Block Jersey - what a disappointment - over priced and poor quality - would have got a better pair of socks from M&S for much less money

An endurance rider's dream
A sturdy sock that is effortlessly comfortable. Rapha have not overthought the design process here. It's simply a sock that is comfortable all. Has all the right fabric in all the right places. Reflective strip is really bright.

Socks that fit like a glove
I recently ordered a pack of 3 Reflective Brevet Socks, in advance of taking on Le Raid Pyrénéen. They were excellent. Great fit and comfort and were very much appreciated over the 740km, 11,000m course.

Good socks.
I like these socks, they fit very well, and have a good length. They feel quite all right even on wet, long and miserable rides, and I get a bit upset when there are no clean pairs in my drawer.

Great colour but….
Best thing about these is they are highly visible
Worst thing is they have started to bobble under the ball of the foot after one ride so I’m not confident about their long term durability

Well made but too tight
These socks are well made, but Rapha should note in its product description that these fit tightly (not compression, just tight) and shrink. This is not the other Merino socks sold by Rapha.

Beautifully made and supremely comfy
Not cheap but well made and keep my feet just the right temperature. Have used the socks on rides between 15C and 25C. They also feel very comfortable, don't get too sweaty and look good.

Absolutely fabulous, my life has been transformed.
I bought these a few weeks ago, my life has not been the same. Who knew that socks could be so transformative. There is hole in one end where you put your foot, unbelievably good design.

great idea
These are great socks. The reflective section is very effective. Only issue is that I would like a longer version. These are a traditional length and a fairly light material.

Hardy, reflective sock
Worn a lot on my commute in recent weeks. Seems like a well constructed sock befitting the brevet name and it's nice to have some reflectives for more visibility on the road.

Great looking and functional.
Socks are very warm and very comfortable, sweat is not a problem either. The socks look fantastic and it's almost a waste to wear in winter when nobody else can see them.

Probably the socks on the planet
Probably the best socks on the planet. Seriously. I own about five of these bad boys. :) They are very versatile. I use them on and off the bike, in warm and cold.
