Size is difficult
Beautiful workmanship, always love fabrics of the Pro Team jerseys. Plus the fabric breathes extremely well.
When I wear size medium on non-pro team jerseys, found that it sometimes too loose when you fill up your back pockets and it comes too bouncy at the back.
When I wear size small on training jerseys, it fit so well and tight fit. Didn't feel too loose when back pocket fill up.
So I go for size small on pro team jerseys, it fits smaller but still fit and make it more aero. However, the problem it is too short at the front. It couldn't cover the front part between jersey and bib.

Best PT Jersey Yet
As you can tell from my title i’m very happy with this jersey. For reference i’m 180cm tall and 74kg, the small fits me perfectly. I definitely wouldn’t recommend sizing up on PT garments as it spoils the fit. The fit is slightly less compressive than the most recent aero jersey, I would say it fits between that and the midweight/training jerseys which I don’t like due to the overly stretchy saggy fit especially around the pockets. A major highlight of the jersey are the pockets which don’t sag, sit at a nice height on my back, are easily accessed and completely conceal my pump/gilet/phone/food! The sleeve length again sits between the aero/midweight jersey. The front is a perfect length in small for my height as there is no bunching when on the hoods/drops. The finishing and detailing is superb (seamless rear pockets and ‘merde’ pump loop especially). in my opinion this is the best ever PT jersey and is a pretty much perfect refinement of all previous versions. Do a long sleeve version please!

Pro team jersey is a winner
Nice, comfortable and stylish jersey. The fit is incredible. I’m 1.80m tall at 78kg and selected a Large size. I don’t like jerseys too tight and the fit for me was just perfect. Right enough to disappear without folds but not restrictive: I think even a medium sized jersey would fit me fine. One of my go-to jerseys at any time of of the year.

Very average and not designed for athletic builds
Pretty upset with the general feel of this compared to the Rapha of a few years ago. Jersey cut is poor, far too baggy round the middle belly region for the classed pro team cut. I’ve not got a gut but need a large for shoulders and Rapha have always been spot on, not here. Baggy as anything round the shoulders and when you stash rear pockets the extra material round the middle bulges. Also the material doesn’t hold well or conform. Just poor. Which is a shame as Rapha is so good usually.

Great Race Jersey
I wanted a race jersey. I usually wear the Brevet Jersey, which I think is the greatest jersey ever made, but I wanted something lighter and tighter. I am happy with my purchase of the Pro Team Jersey. I wear a large in both. The Brevet Jersey is well fit in the shoulders and a little baggy in the waist for me. The Pro Team Jersey is fitted all the way around, and I am near the upper limits of the stretch in the chest. I have a 40-41 inch chest and 30 inch waist. I was surprised at how short was the torso. I knew it is cut higher for riding in the drops, but the jersey feels relatively shorter, and the back pockets feel higher. Nevertheless, it performs well with nothing bothersome.

High performing jersey with typical Rapha styling
This New ProTeam jersey is the best Rapha have made yet, the new fit at the front is excellent and i love the rear pocket design aesthetic, my choice in Medium is true to size and the sleeve length is just right, there is no flapping and you can get quite a bit in the pockets without the jersey pulling down when climbing out of the saddle, definately will buy another one, the price is bang on for a jersey of this quality and performance.

Sold as black, its very dark BLUE! no hem grippers
Its not black! its very dark BLUE!
Fit is ok, it is short at the front so when queuing for coffee everyone can see you belly! could do with some grippers at the hem, I do fined it rides up and I have to pull it down when riding.
Its ok but not as nice my Castelli kit which is also cheeper!

Tinker with perfection at your peril
I own the previous Pro Team jersey which is the best jersey I have ever worn. The new one is good but like the Pro Training jersey made with wider weave panels with less stretch which make it feel more snug. Sleeve length and torso length are still very good - no annoying ride up.
I appreciate that Rapha are always exploring new materials and designs but sometimes something is perfect, beyond any really beneficial improvement, and Rapha should just embrace that truth, lock it off and call it finished. There is nothing more annoying than having a perfect piece of kit then finding it has been ‘updated’ and the new version is not as good. As mentioned, the composite construction makes the jersey less flexible. One other quibble: The left pocket pump loop is a nuisance. I keep a pump in the middle pocket where it has zero chance of falling out and keep the more accessible side pockets free for food or phone. Most people do the same in my experience. If a pump needs a loop it’s in the wrong pocket. I have owned a range of Rapha jerseys since 2007: Classic. Classic lightweight, core and pro so my experience is broad. This new pro team jersey is good - but, in my opinion, not as good as the previous one. If you bring that version back I’ll take two.

true solace is finding none
Technical apparel should leave no trace on ones memory- that is to say that it should blend seamlessly in to the moment of use. Fashion should do just the opposite- a definitive stylized moment. To do both is elusive- Rapha strives to...and in this case succeeds.

Nice jersey but loose, slipping sleeves
Unfortunately, this jersey doesn't meet the expectations set by the Pro series. Overall satisfied with the fit, color and design, however the sleeves are rather loose and don't have any gripping feature to prevent them from slipping up while riding. A similar design as the Pro Team Training Jersey with elastic, tighter fit on the sleeves would give it the 5 stars.

Great jersey, confusing length.
The material and fit seemed to be exactly what I look for. However, I was very confused with the length of jersey. I'm not that long in the torso and this just touched the top of my bib and made it impossible to reach the pockets. Customer service was great in guiding me towards the aero jersey for more length and exchanging this one.

My new favorite jersey
This jersey has quickly become my favorite jersey for warm to mild weather. In temperatures between 10 and 15 degrees (C) I wear a long sleeve base layer and arm warmers. We'll have to wait and see how it performs in hot summer weather. It's a perfect tight fit, no loose fabric. I'm 185 cm and 68 kg, so quite skinny. I wear a size small. The pockets are very stretchy and can hold a huge amount of snacks and even a rain jacket. Perfect for long rides.

Bought a second
I really like these jerseys. Some really nice design touches around the pockets and pump holder. Fit is really good, and they have that fantastic understated style. Decent length - though misses my favourite gripper which is on the Pro Team Training Jersey - stays in place pretty well. I'd have a summer baselayer and this down to around 14 C - though I'm happier cooler tbh. Medium is a good fit for me - I'm 6ft ~76kg.

Great jersey. Only wear in dry conditions.
This is a great jersey but the white is extremely delicate and any marks become evident immediately. I used the jersey once on a dry day and after the first wash some of the grey had run to other parts of the jersey. The marks showed. It was disappointing. But full credit to Rapha who immediately helped me get a replacement sorted. Based on their customer service alone, I wouldn't hesitate to get Rapha gear again.

Not the Navy Blue as depicted in the website more like charcoal gray. Also took 10 days to arrive. Big let down by Rapha

Perfect jersey
This jersey is worth every penny. The material feels so nice to wear, even on long rides. The jersey does look a bit short in the front but riding on the hoods or in the drops, the jersey fits perfectly. The pockets are big enough to get all of my riding essentials in without sagging & the zipped pocket on the side is great for putting keys in. Sizing, im 6'3" 70kg slim build & the medium fits perfect.

Comfortable, fast, and good looking
This jersey is perfect fabric for 60 degrees V and up. It is firm fitting without restricting breathing. The zippers are top shelf, better than other Rapha jerseys. The valuables pocket is great. I just wish they hadn’t cheapened the “training” jerseys by removing it. The sleeve length is awesome, not short and flappy like cheaper jerseys. My only complaint is that the waist gripper is wimpy.

Perfect jersey for the Group Ride
183cm tall and 79kg on a good day - the large fits me just great. Not as tight as the aero shirts (am in my 50s and being super skinny is rare now) not as loose as the Brevet or Core. It’s got a zip pocket for keys or anything you really can’t lose and that’s a rarity on many hipster cycling brands. Can still stuff the pockets for a big ride. To me this is the ideal Jersey for most rides doesn’t look like the try-hard aero gear but doesn’t flap or look like it’s leaving watts on the table. Just need to save up to buy more!

Really worth the price!
Great quality! Fits like a glove. I'm 5'7 (close to 5'8) with a 95cm chest and the small is perfect for me. Its tight and form-fitting, and yet super comfy. The material of the jersey is flexible, so you don't feel to much compression at your chest or armpits. The pockets are a good size. And of course, the look of the jersey is awesome!

Great jersey, incredible pockets (high and tight)
Rapha's pro and team training jerseys have best fit in industry. Their rear pockets are the reason I purchase them. All the team training and pro team have the best rear pockets, period. All are high and tight. Nothing moves. I'm willing and will continue to purchase these based on rear pockets alone. Beside that, is just another fairly typical jersey. Unlike the team training jersey, the sleeve cuffs of the pro are normal jersey material. Rapha has a weird cardboard cuff on some of their stuff. Seems to be mixed usage. Cardboard cuffs on pro long sleeve, but not pro ss. Also that weird cardboard cuffs on team training ls and ss. That needs to be changed asap. This particular pro ss is an awesome, worth the significant amount over the team training, probably not.

"The" Rapha Jersey
This is "The" Rapha jersey!
IMHO, this is, by far, the best jersey Rapha has created.
It looks great, it fits great (not lose at all, but not uncomfortably tight) and the back pockets are perfectly thought and conceived.
PROS
The fit is perfect. Although I’m not the most competitive cyclist, I only feel good in race fit garments. Although I love the Pro look of the Pro Team Aero jersey, true is that it is too racy (read “tight”) for a weekend ride and the sleeve length, despite looking gorgeously Pro, it is not practical for a long ride with friends. This is where the Pro Team jersey excels: it is the perfect compromise between performance, comfort and look. Length is perfect, sleeve length is spot on. I’m 1,86 m and 76 kg and Medium suits me perfectly.
The fabric(s) is perfect for summer rides, being lightweight and breathable, the back-pocket seamless construction is, probably, the neatest, nicer and cleverer I have ever seen in a cycling jersey. You almost don’t see the 3 pockets, just one big panel that does not sag easily, even if fully loaded (I use to carry my phone, energy bars and gels, a compact camera and a case with spares and, despite the bulk, it still looks nice. I also love these Rapha’s flat waistbands – they work, keeping the jersey on its place and they look so modern and pro at the same time.
CONS
Nothing to point out, really.
If I am to be picky, then I would change the “stripes pattern” of the fabric used on the sleeves and waist to a solid texture/colour
All in all, this is my go to jersey, and the jersey I want to use all the times, all summer long, should I go racing or for just a fun ride with friends. Highly recommended.

Pretty much perfect execution
The Pro Team jersey is a great piece of kit. Well built, with good sized pockets, including a zippered compartment on the right one, longer than average sleeves, a zipper garage at the top, and appropriate tailoring for a cycling position. All of these small details add up to a great package. I am 183 cm and 77 kg, and I can squeeze into a size M for "summer fitness". A size L also works for me, just not quite as race fit. Like much of the Pro Team kit, I do seem to fall perfectly between the two sizes.

Love it, gripper could be better
Great fit for me (S, 182cm, 66kg)
Nice and tight, long in the arms and snug on the shoulders. Could be tighter on the arms (but I am skinny…)
Only improvement could be the gripper which is small and doesn’t really hold the jersey in place exceptionally well.

Room for improvement
Rubber on back is not sufficient to keep the jersey where it should be. Neck to loose compared to pro team training jersey (not a good fit/aero). But the pro team train jersey instead if you want more bang for the buck. Better fit and cheaper.

I had to send it back. XXL way too small. I usually wear X-XL. I know Rapha runs a bit small, because I have several other Rapha jerseys that I really like that are XXL. But this was way small.

Just a great all around jersey
This is a great jersey for all kinds of riding. The different material over the stomach gets a bit hot, so I would avoid this jersey on very hot days. (Wear the flyweight jersey that day)
