Perfect
This is my second Brevet windblock top and it’s just as good as my first one which after 3 years of was starting to look a bit faded. It’s my go to top for a lot of my training and commuting rides most of the year here in NE England. Temperature range is 2c to 15c for me just change my base layer to suit. One top does nearly all till it gets to hot or full winter. It’s all you need.

Nice long sleeve
Nice. But was expecting some more windblock. But with a base layer long sleeves you can use it around 10 degrees Celsius

Great addition to your kit
Great addition to my kit. Used on a long distance ride recently and was really useful for a colder and windier morning.

Great winter top
This is my second wind proof Brevet top. Using this one for mountain biking with Rapha long sleeve base layer. Superb.

Excellant.
Excellent, nice and light and with a light undershirt it is warm. I wear it down to the 40's like that.

Does the Job
Paired this with a merino base layer and was very comfortable for 3 hours on a dull 4C ride.

Good for cool conditions but loose fitting sleeves
I have a winter windblock jersey and this is significantly thinner; I'd say this is ideal for temps over 10c (when it's too warm for the winter jersey). Great for spring and fall. The only unexpected aspect is that the sleeves are a somewhat loose fit and flap at road-riding speeds, which is odd because the torso is a normal fit. The front pockets and loose fitting sleeves give it a relaxed look that suits gravel riding where the non-aero sleeves aren't an issue.

A great winter and spring / autumn jacket
I love this jacket and have purchased many different jackets to keep me warm in the past, but this is by far the best. I live on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland Australia, but the temperatures drop to around 5° C and it has kept me really warm. I have also worn it on warmer days and it has still been really comfortable to around 15 to 20°C. The jacket fits well like all Rapha products and I love the visibility that it gives me for early morning rides.

my favourite allround jersey
I have them all: men's brevet long sleeve jersey, short sleeve jersey, insulated jacket and - my latest purchase - the long sleeve windblock jersey. Each one has it's advantages and special circumstances where they are the optimal solution, but when it comes to changing conditions (as it is the case in many a ride) the men's brevet long sleeve windblock jersey is now my favourite jersey. In cold weather I use a long sleeve thermal base layer, when it's warmer, a short sleeve base layer will do. During the ride you can adapt by opening and closing the front zipper, for example when riding into a headwind or going downhill. The fabric is lighter than in the long sleeve jersey, and compared to the insulated jacket, that has a very similar feel while wearing, it has the pockets to carry your stuff. I can highly recommend this piece of equipment!

First purchase - Am Happy
It's a great brevet and works really well in the Spring/Fall and Winter (depending on region). The materials used are comfortable and do not create any abrasive or uncomfortable touch points.
Sleeves are a bit longer than a normal jersey, though it's hardly noticeable once you actually start riding. Not sure of the reason for this, but it doesn't cause any issues.
As my first Rapha purchase, I would recommend this product to others.

Absolutely superb.
Absolutely superb all rounder. Used it for road and gravel in colder conditions. Brilliant. Not too hot on climbs and windproof areas keep out the chills. Breathability is excellent. I've never had merino layers before and they work a treat. Pockets are excellent too, one of Rapha's best features. Hold everything in place really well. Would definitely recommend or buy again. Fit is good, I'm 175cm/72kg and Medium fits perfectly.

Bought for the reflective, stayed for the warmth!
When I shopped for long sleeve jerseys, one of the main factors for where I live is the ability to be seen. Black jerseys tend to be, well, the anathema of that, but dang! Those strips are like wearin' lights, they are! Otherwise, this jersey is cosy! I got the Brevet jacket with it, and I tend to stay nice and warm, regardless of the humidity and wind chill. Other features are 5 (!) pockets, including two zipper ones.

Expensive but a really nice jersey
Although expensive, I’m very pleased with this jersey. My dark navy version looks great and feels lovely to wear. The size is spot-on and the fit is just relaxed enough without excess or bulk. I’ve worn the jersey in temperatures of 2degC to 11degC and found it comfortable at both extremes. The front zip pockets are a nice touch. Overall I wound recommend, it is expensive but feels special enough to justify the price.

Great Color & Detailing
Jacket layers well with a core jersey under, doesn’t feel overly tight to move in. Fabric is very breathable, but when layered keeps you warm in pretty cool weather. Haven’t worn it much as a single layer this season, but like the looser sleeves on those mix warm cold days.
Fabric color is really rich and has great detailing. All the hardware and switching is lux and gives the product an expensive feel.
Very Soft.

Very versatile.
Excellent item of cycle clothing. A long sleeve jersey and gilet combined. Ideal for riding in 4 to 15 degrees Celsius with a short sleeve base layer. I got XL size as the L is a little on small side. I take L in the regular brevet jerseys. Very useful selection of pockets and back and sides. Also, high merino content give it added cosiness. Full length zip allows for temperature registration on the move.

Every cycle should have one
This should be part of every cyclists wardrobe. Wondering why I have not bought one before. Great jersey that can be worn with a lightweight baselayer for in temps 10 - 16C or with a winter longer sleeve layer down to 6C without any worries. Comfortable, keeps you warm but not hot and sweaty on autumn rides, expect that will equally be the case come spring & even cool summer days too. Love it.

Great buy
Simply awesome. I've worn it with a tight base layer in 40s and have been warm. Nice blend of fabrics and reflective stripe is awesome for low light. Size up from your American t-shirt size.

Great cool weather solution
The wind block jersey is perfect for mild winter and cool spring days. It’s light and comfortable to wear and the wind block features work perfectly. The jersey feels warm but breathable and when worn with a base layer it copes with a range of temperatures and riding conditions. This is now my go to jersey for winter cycling in Mallorca and early spring conditions in the UK.

Comfortissimo
Rapha is a jersey company, period. And this one is one of the most comfortable jerseys of all. Small front pockets are luxurious add-on. Lightweight combined with excellent design: sleeves long enough, collar not too tight but still firm ( I'm 186 cm, 73 kg > Medium) again sophisticated navy blue with a dash of pink and reflector to alert in traffic. Job well done R&D.

For cruisy, chilly rides
Wanted something slightly warmer than long sleeve jersey for 4 - 12 degrees mornings and it works well. It’s a club fit and not for race day as the fabric in the arms and shoulders is a bit flappy. For cruisy, chilly spring, autumn and winter rides its perfect and looks great too. I’m 185cm, 85kgs and large is good but maybe 5-10% large. Especially the arms are long.

Best piece I own!
I love this jersey! I’ve ridden in it at temps ranging from 27 degrees and windy with a thick wool SS tee to 55 degrees and overcast with nothing under it. I own 5 different jerseys that cover the range this has, and none of them are cheap! I’m excited to see how low of a temp I can work down to with my long sleeve wool base layer underneath as winter progresses.

IMPRESSED.
Winter riding in Adelaide hills can be cold. I feel the cold and wanted a good quality long sleeve jersey to aid in keeping warm. Unsure wether to get the standard long sleeve Brevet or the Wind blocker version I called the Rapha Clubhouse in Melbourne. The girl who took my call was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and very interested in how/when/where I’d be using the jersey. She suggested the wind blocker style mainly due to me telling her of my total dislike for being cold.
The jersey has performed fantastically so far (half dozen rides) and the material on the front of body and arms certainly keeps the cold wind out (no need for arms warmers under the jersey).
The first (original) jersey had lots of frayed threads coming down from behind the pink band butRapha promptly sent a replacement as soon as I told them about the defect.
Size L allows me to wear base layer and jersey (layers to keep warm) I’m 174cm and 73kg.

comfortable and warm
very comfortable and warm, can wear just this down to about 5 degrees C and it's soft, warm and very well fitting on the body, arms are a bit loose but you could in fact wear arm warmers underneath if needed also for extra warmth as it hits towards freezing temps. Have not worn in the rain so can't comment there, got medium and it's perfect 183cm and 76kgs.

Great jersey for top layer or mid layer.
Perfect jersey for 32f+ degrees (0c). When it gets colder it's really easy to layer a warm baselayer underneath. Warmer and a t-shirt will do. Keeps light rain off and windblocking is excellent. Also fits really nicely under the Rapha Anorak rain jacket or explore shirt. I'm 6'4 and 205lbs and the extra large is perfect. Great start to my Rapha kit.

I havent been out in anything else
A great jersey for cold weather riding, paired with a merino base layer this jersey has been my go to through the early rides of the year. If the temp drops to much I use the winter jacket but 5 degrees and higher this jersey is perfect. Loads of extra space with the plenty of pockets, functional as you’d expect and even gets you through the odd shower.
