Great Bag with lots of room for snacks and layers.
Great Bar Bag - I have purchased a number of bar bags, trying to find the right size / right fit and this is the one. I noted a previous reviewer commented that the bag's zipper was not water proof but I did not encounter this problem even after 25 miles is a steady downpour. The two compartments work well - front smaller one for quick access of bars / gels and the larger for storage of extra layers. The shoulder strap is a great feature and can be used as a day bag (but I have not yet utilized that function, but I plan to). Overall a great addition to my cycle kit - thanks Rapha.

Excellent compact bar bag
Great for single day outings, with space for more contents than I thought, taking account of its overall size. I can easily fit tube, co2, pump, tools and lightweight waterproof jacket. Front zipper compartment is the ideal size to carry a mobile phone (in Rapha large phone case). The main compartment has useful mesh separators for keeping smaller items tidy. The bag is waterproof, but just ensure zips are fully and tightly closed to avoid any rain getting in. On this point, the zips could be improved by using a fully waterproof zipper, but not a major issue. The bag (black variant) is finished off with a nice Rapha pink contrast lining. Three adjustable and removable straps add to the versatility, although some may find it slightly wide to place anywhere other than the bars.

Great bag but hope the next version is improved
I like the Rapha Bar bag. It's extremely versatile and a good size (not too big or small). There aren't many bar bags that can double as a sling. I do feel as if it could be improved in some areas. For one, as a sling, it is a little awkward and bulky. It's great that it retains it's shape but it could have benefited from having two straps on each end instead of just on one end. Plus, they could have doubled as compression straps. Unfortunately, due to the strap length it can't be used as a fanny pack. The lack of a key strap in the front pocket seems like an obvious omission. Lastly, it seems like I can't get the top straps very tight but maybe that's just because of my frame. I'll be keeping the bag but if there is an update with improvements, I will buy the upgraded model.

Not really rain proof
Not really waterproof. After an hour of rain riding the back pocket had a nice pool of water in it

Capable Medium Plus Size Bar Bag
This is a well thought medium-plus size bar bag. Material and construction is awesome. Lots of interior storage, almost too much for my need. Stays in place throughout the ride, straps do not loosen. You can fit all necessary items for a gravel ride: food, tire irons, small pump, plug kit, phone, arm warmers, probably lightweight vest as well. The only drawback is that for me it’s just too big. Based on the images on the Rapha site I thought it was about 20% smaller. My bad.

The perfect bag (that i never knew i needed)
I'm anti handle bar bag - there i've said it ...
That is until I tried this one - fixed to the front of my (gravel) bike - it's the perfect place to store the warm jacket I want for the cafe stops - that extra gel and bar i've snaffled away, phone etc etc ...
Really well made & just big enough to be useful

Nice companion bag for longer rides
So, bought this on a bit of a whim, built up an audax bike for road and occasional rough stuff and as I like to travel fairly light, figured it should be more than enough for a days riding. It’s a great quality bag which has seen plenty of use, waterproof ness is not so great but after 3 hours in pouring rain I wouldn’t expect it to be, best to put anything you don’t want wet in a ziplock bag to be safe, build quality is fantastic though and a bargain for the money.

Very handy
Use this instead of overloading your back pockets. Handy size, strong construction and easy access whilst riding - it's ideal for long rides. I wasn't too sure about the fastening straps but they perform really well.

Just what I was after
I was looking for a bag to stash tubes, Snickers and Gels for longer rides that didn't go near a cafe. Saw this at £45 and thought it was a bargain. Recieved it and impressions were the usual Rapha quality. Attached easily and securely by two adjustable lockable quick release buckles on the bars and I put the back one loosely around the brake cable on my cantilever brake cable.
First ride was an all dayer into North Wales on my CX bike. The bag didnt rattle around on the off road sections and I suppose the best thing I can say for it is that I forgot it was there in between diving in it for food. The bag also comes ready to fix to the top tube which I thought would be great to fix to the road bike to keep the wind off it a bit.
All in all, great quality and surprisingly affordable Rapha product that does what it is designed for.

Didn’t know I needed this, until I bought one
I’ve recently taken up riding my gravel bike, discovering the local area. What this has meant is that I’ve been out for longer and not always near a cafe for a stop.
This bag solves a problem I didn’t know I had, as well as a few others. I keep my Silca pump, spare tubes, food, tools, levers, puncture repair patches, latex gloves in there by default. I can squeeze in, dry gloves, rain jacket and some gels if I need to.
The drawback is that it does get dirty, and the dirt doesn’t always come out, but I don’t care. My jersey pockets are now less busy.

Off and on bike style.
Happy with the bag both on and off the bike. Good size means I can do no away with back pocket jerseys on my gravel tours. The straps clip/lock well but they’re a little long and can flap around. The front pocket (where you’d put your phone) has a waterproof zip but the big part not so. I like that I can wear it off the bike but the handlebar straps don’t come off so it looks a little strange. I can also see those shoulder strap clips stretching and breaking after a while. I’ve got the orange one and yes, it gets dirty quickly, but I assume it’s washable.

Great product - exceeded expectations
Fantastic product that is exceptionally well built. I use this carry a small pump, multi tool, phone charger and essential foods for my ride which all comfortably fit in the bar bag. Aesthetically its a beautiful looking product and my first Rapha purchase and introduction to the brand - because of my experience in the quality of buying this product I have since made further Rapha purchases. The bag looks great on my bike! I have a matte black finish and the straps don’t interfere with any of the paint work on it.

Just my point of view
Overall a good little product with a couple of nice details. What really lets this down is the price. Is it worth £50? Absolutely not. Why did I buy it then you ask? Well I guess I naively had slightly higher expectations and thought there might just be something to make this a standout item. There wasn't.

Incredibly useful and well-designed Bar Bag
Absolutely thrilled with this bag. Bought it when doing long (200km+) training rides, so that I could carry more food on-the-go. It's super-easy to attach to the bike, is very secure and does not move around at all, is extremely spacious (think kitchen sink), and is very easy to access while moving. Even when the top zip is left open, things don't fall out, so "grazing" is possible. I can't recommend it highly enough. Nice to have the additional front, smaller compartment for things like credit cards, keys, etc. Also nice not to be accessing awkward rear pockets all the time. I was worried it might look like a shopping basket, but I think the design, appropriate size, style and prominent Rapha label helps to alleviate this pitfall ;-)

Converted!
Have been sceptical about bar bags in the past given they seemed like a bit of a fashion item but I have been surprised with this one. It is really easy to fit and get a nice snug fit under the bars and cycle computer. It has lots of space for a jacket/ snacks. However, what I really liked was how easy it is to access whilst riding, enabling you to have much less in your pockets for longer rides.

So close... still Rapha
I might be a bit biased because I'm the biggest Rapha fanboy ever so there's that disclaimer. Now I'm justified in saying that this handlebar bag is the best in the world, period. I also have Rapha's bigger handlebar bag to carry more stuff, this one though is much easier to access while riding and more versatile due to its daily use abilities and possibility to mount on the bike frame.
Now time for some honesty; I've had two struggles with this bag:
1. I ride an extra small bike frame (50cm or less) with a slammed stem, meaning the space between the handlebars and the wheel is minimal. That said, this bag won't fit on my road bike without touching the wheel, meaning that to use it on bike I either have to take it on my back to mount it on the inside of the frame (which I personally don't like the look of). Weirdly enough it does fit on the handlebars of my fixed-gear which has an even smaller frame so that's nice...;
2. I love the versatility of being able to put the strap and use this bad as a kind of messenger bag on may day-to-day-life. BUT, the first time I did this, I removed the "bike-mounting" straps and lost one of them... So now I can't use it on the bike anymore because I'm missing a strap...
Oh and did I mention this bag looks amazing? Just don't remove the straps because you'll lose them.

A Stylish Wee Tardis
I spent far too long searching for a suitable bag for those longer rides, where you want to carry just a bit more than a few gels and your phone but don’t want a bulky bag strapped to your frame or bars. Even super basic burrito style bags were expensive for the level of features/compartments that they offered. I always returned to this bag online as the others just couldn’t compare on price, aesthetics, function or capacity (either too big or too small). So I bit the bullet and ordered one.
This comfortably held a compact 35mm camera, a bundle of gels, a few electrolyte sachets, 2 energy bars, car keys, power-bank and still had space for more. Deceptive little tardis of a bag with some nice mounting options.
Only gripe is that I found that the plastic connectors can squeak when cranked up to tension on the frame. A minor annoyance when cycling up a quiet hill, like having a high pitched metronome logging your pace to the top.

Perfect!
I've got lots of bags that fit in various positions on my bikes and which I use on a range of trips from long day rides to multi-day bikepacking adventures. When I choose to use a bar bag, this has become my favourite. I have two other good bar bags from other brands, each with certain strengths & weaknesses, but the Rapha bag is perfect for day or overnight rides. The quality is fantastic, the design well thought through and it copes really well with rough terrain, bouncing much less than expected, even when full to the brim.

Great bag for long rides
An overall great handlebar bag. It's great for road cycling, mountainbiking and gravel riding. I use it most on my roadbike for the long 5-7h rides. It fits a jacket, all the food for a day, your phone, and a spare innertube with multitool. The only problem are the mountig straps with their plastic clamps, as they might scratch your handlebar/frame.

This bag is not for ultra endurance races
Is a nice bag, but is not for cycling, is fancy but not work properly, when the water comes everything floats, also is imposible to remove the dirt, not buying if you are a serious cyclists in my case i lose all my electronics in a race because of this bag

Favorite bar bag
Easy access compared to other bar bags. The zippers are easy to use and the opening allows for good access while still on the bars. The shoulder strap is great as well. My wife also has one she uses off the bike. I have two other style bar bags from Rapha over the years and they are all good but this is the best pick.

super continent for a day trip
The bag is very convenient – not to big, yet not too small either, with enough room to store a bike lock, some food, and a wallet (perfect for a day trip). Important note: you do need a pretty clean cockpit to put it on the handle bar, so if you have prominent cables, it won't fit (it does not work on my mountain bike for example; on my race bike, I have to squeeze the cables a bit). Good news: the issue with the traps (that were loosing themselves up with the first models) was solved with new strap/clipping system.

Carry everything you need and look great doing it.
The bag is as well made as you would expect from a Rapha product, stylish and with little extras—ie, the pink lining makes it easy to find small things, interior pockets for organizing, the reflective details, etc. It’s compact but fits everything you might want on a longer ride. For me, that means a spare tube and tire levers, inflator, a couple of gels or gummies, multitool and a gilet or lite rain jacket. The bag attaches easily and doesn’t interfere with hand positions on my bars, which I was a little afraid of.

The bag that you forget is there
I tend to be biased against any bag on my bike.... but this one may change my believes. Also when full loaded, it stays perfectly firm on the handlebar, without any movement also if pedalling off the saddle. Bonus point: big enough to take a Kindle with you. And, yes, forgot to mention... very stylish.

Best hip/bar bag out there!
Size: perfect
Weight: perfect
Capacity: i didn’t believe all the stuff you can put in there!!
Quality of the materials: awesome
I use it for photography basically, both on and off the bike, and if you have a mirrorless camera with 1 lens (not too big) this bag is perfect

Handy for sandwiches
I like the way it fits the bike, i like the compartmental design, i like the minimalist, fade-into-the bike black colourway, i like its unfussy yet functional design and i like the fact it feels like it will survive beastly weather and maximum usage. It's very Rapha really, which is a good thing.

Almost a great product
This is almost a great product. The bag itself is a great sized item, with plenty of storage space for a long day on the bike when you need a stack of nutrition, a few spares and your phone. Sadly, the buckles/clips are a bit crap and I can't help but feel that they are a bit of an afterthought.

Holds more than you think
Fits really well below the bars and out of the way. Room for a primaloft gillet, pump, tools and a few energy bars. The issue that some have had in the past with the straps coming loose appears to have be rectified with a new design of clasp. Quick to fit and remove. Looks good on my bike too.
