PRO TEAM AERO JERSEY | OUR FASTEST EVER
The 2024 Pro Team Aero Jersey is the fastest jersey we’ve ever made. More aerodynamic, more comfortable, and more versatile than any previous Aero Jersey design. Over 40 prototypes were created during its development, with the goal of making a faster and better fitting jersey. The resulting design saw at least 20,000 hours of real-time road research, including being put to the ultimate test by EF Pro Cycling throughout the 2023 season. So far the jersey has been worn to victory at Paris–Roubaix Femmes and the Giro, now it’s your turn.

Pro Team Aero Jersey
AERO-CENTRIC
The new Pro Team Aero Jersey for 2024 was informed by the same angles and innovations of fit and fabrication used in the development of the WorldTour race-winning Pro Team TT Aerosuit; with seam placement, panelling and textured fabric on the leading edges. The weight of the jersey was reduced by 13% for the men's version (to 110g) and 19% for the women's (100g) to help you ride even faster.
SPEED & AGILITY
Our in-house atelier provides us with a greater flexibility and pace to revise and experiment infinite numbers of prototypes, reworking existing designs quickly when developing products. 28 construction mock-ups were built between Rapha’s atelier and the factory; then a similar number of sample versions wear-tested in different climates before the final design was perfected.
THE PERFECT FIT
After researching and thoroughly testing two different fits to suit more body shapes, the design and development team eventually achieved a bespoke design for male and female anatomy shapes using one universal fit. Taking into consideration different riding positions, heights, builds and rider requirements, this final fit offers the ideal balance of compression and articulation to achieve faster speeds and improved performance.
Pro Team Training Jersey | Refined Design
The new Pro Team Training Jersey has been revised and refined to create the ultimate layer for all-day pursuit of the perfect performance. Built in collaboration with EF Pro Cycling riders and elite-level racers around the world, it is tailored to move and feel fast during intensive sessions and long hours in the saddle.

Steps to Perfection
Again refinement to the construction was the focus, such as reducing unnecessary trim at the neck, arms and hem; allowing the fabric to breathe and to maximise comfort in key areas for long training rides. The overall engagement of the fit was fine-tuned with a longer sleeve length to provide that trademark Pro Team sleekness and maintain a racing mindset when doing the hard miles.
In the Pocket
Customer feedback suggested that more storage capacity was required in the pockets, so the construction was revised to find more room for long hours on the road. Elastic was removed and playing with seam and shape construction techniques in the ER (Experiment Room) in Rapha Works led to stitch lines being tucked back to create more volume. The resulting pockets have more volume and greater stability when loaded for a streamlined fit and zero distractions. The three cargo pockets have also been joined by a smaller zipped compartment for keeping valuables secure.
Material Gains
The dual-material combination was developed to aid cooling in mild to warm conditions. Using an Italian-milled front-body fabric for high-stretch but with enough compression to fit beautifully whether in or out of the saddle.
Pro Team Long Sleeve Lightweight Jersey | No Distractions
The ultimate three-season training layer. The new Pro Team Long Sleeve Lightweight Jersey has been developed for year-round versatility and layering in a wide range of conditions. With a very similar pattern and construction as the Pro Team Training Jersey the body material provides light protection on cooler rides, yet is still breathable enough for the heat and intensity of elite-level training in warmer conditions.

Tested to Perfection
For the Pro Team Long Sleeve Lightweight Jersey, more than 18,000 riding hours have been amassed between our global wear testers – with an estimated 750,000 kilometres clocked.
Three Season Style
Developed for year-round versatility, it’s been worn happily at 6℃/43℉ with a gilet, or up to 20℃/68℉ with a lightweight base layer.
