Made of a lightweight 1.5mm-thick textured rubber material which offers remarkable grip and control, the tape comes with an elasticated finishing tape and two colour-matched bar plugs with Rapha logos. Quick way to upgrade your ride.
After riding with Fisik tape for 10 years, I upgraded to this Rapha tape. Ahhh, what an upgrade. My hands do not slip and there is just the right amount of spongy cushioning. I installed the tape myself after watching a couple of GCN and Park Tool videos on YouTube. It was fairly easy even though I did not match the wrap pattern perfectly on both sides. Suggestion - Rapha should do a quick YouTube video of installing this tape.

No more tingly fingers
Needed new tape due to tingly fingers and losing feeling in my finger tips. This stuff not only looks great but feels great! No more slipping off the bars or numb fingers for me. Winning!

I shouldn’t be surprised
I’m surprised with how much I like this tape. I shouldn’t be, anything I’ve ever bought from Rapha has been quality. Bar tape options were limited and constrained, I was surprised to find that Rapha made bar tape. The print on the tape made it easy to measure and stay consistent with the wrap. I would buy this again.

Not fit for purpose
Very poor product. Unfit for purpose. Within four rides, the tape was covered in black - from Rapha gloves. More seriously first serious downpour saw the tape unravelling. I returned the product. Rapha customer experience was excellent in this regard, but I'm extremely disappointed in the pro version. I have the regular Rapha pink and red bar tapes on my other bikes for years!

Amazing bar tape for great price
I've been waiting for the restocking over 9 months. Wonderful grip in all weather conditions including the wet nasty Dutch winter. Easy to work with. Came with everything I needed to install it. Absolutely happy.

Bar tape
I fitted the bar tape before I watched the Park Tool video on how to do it properly.
Could have done with being a little longer as I used the figure of eight method around the brake levers which uses more tape. I didn’t get the tape started right were I put the bungs in according to the Park Tool video. I tried to start again but the tape started to get damaged. Bought some white electrical tape to finish it off

Can this handle bar tape be reusable?
Bar tapes can generally be reused if it is not too worn out, but it is not recommended.

is the hi vis pink the same color pink as say the women's flyweight color or the hi vis pink long sleeve rcc souplesse thermal or a different pink? my bike is pretty close to that pink which I'd actually call coral.
