This is my absolute favorite cycling shirt.
This was my first Rapha apparel purchase and I love it. High quality material and construction, cool on hot summer days, loose enough for comfort but not too baggy, and I have not been sunburned wearing this shirt. I wear a long-sleeve shirt even in the summer for protection from the sun. The expense was worth it. I ride a fitness bike 80 miles on Saturdays in a city, not on trail, and this technical shirt works very well for this scenario. The Rapha armband is a nice stylish touch. Before buying this shirt I took time to decide which shirt to wear for the next ride but now I instantly choose this shirt every time. Very comfortable.

Perfect really
Firstly, I'm no pro. I cycle a few times a week for fitness and because I love it. I prefer the mountain bike as I have a few country roads near me and tend to steer away from main routes. I have a fair amount of Rapha gear because of the quality. It's just the best IMHO, but obviously geared towards the road bikes so I've been somewhat restricted until now. Anyway, I was very pleased to see the Trailwear range coming on and I bought this top to replace my regular Endura merino underlayer which has holes in it now. This top is great, very comfortable cut, wicks well and keeps the chill out for colder mornings here in Northern Ireland - washes well. Runs a little small but that's ok if you want a base layer.

I had been a long term sceptic of Rapha products, overpriced etc but I took the plunge and have to say the MTB gear is competively priced and the quality is outstanding, I also like the understated designs, not everyone wants garish colours & logos. I This jersey is well designed, being 6ft 2 I normally have to get XL jerseys for the arm length in these I wear a Large and it has decent arm length. It is also really breathable & airy, so good for layering. The repair patches included is a nice touch too. I am now a RApha convert, keep up the excellent work

When you don’t want to think…
Just an awesome, comfy, don’t have to think about it kinda shirt. It’s not to say it’s boring, it’s just an amazing shirt I know I don’t have to worry about it taking care of me. Love it to pieces (Rapha also provide some pieces for it just in case I rip it! So thoughtful…).

Strange cut, probably best for very skinny people
Nice fabric and design but *very* strange cut - arm holes too small, which makes it poorly fitting across the chest, and my goodness the neck hole is absolutely enormous for some reason. Sent it back straight away.

Fits well but thats about it!
Fits well but basically a fairly expensive light weight top, not sure whats technical about it but compared to my other Merino tops it dosen't really compete!

Great fabric
The fabric is a stand out. Seems to keep me warm enough on a 10 degree morning with a light base-layer, and not too hot when it warms up to 15-18 degrees in the same ride. Great stretch to it and feels good on your skin.
Was using road riding jerseys prior to this but find this much better for my trail rides

Nice shirt, one flaw
I like everything about the shirt but the very large neck opening, it's big. I have several shirts like this one from Rapha and other brands and this opening is the biggest. I can live with it so I have kept it, but beware.
