Description
Tried and tested at the world’s toughest races, the Pro Team Shoe combines three advanced technologies to provide unparalleled performance without compromise on comfort. Now available in RCC colours, the entire upper section is made with a single seamless piece of woven fabric. This is Powerweave, a superlight, 3D-woven technology that provides maximum support, excellent breathability and a frictionless fit. With a hydrophobic treatment, the fabric repels moisture for efficient thermoregulation in any conditions and combines with a moulded heel cup to hug the foot. Micro-adjustable, quick-release dials, lightweight laces and low-friction lace guides come together in the latest BOA® Fit System, while the padded tongue disperses pressure across the top of the foot to eliminate pinch points. Engineered for consistent stiffness along the foot, the superlight carbon sole ensures optimal power transfer, while rubberised heel and toe caps guard against scratches and improve durability.
NB. The upper has a durable water repellent (DWR) treatment. Repeated cleaning might affect this treatment. We recommend regular reproofing with a footwear-specific water repellent spray.

Custom Molded
This shoe hugs my narrow feet very snugly. I am glad they did not use a knitted upper even though it looks like faux knit with a tiny bit of stretch where it counts. In the toe box region. The rest of the upper doesn’t stretch like my knitted shoes. Which means that the upper hold my feet securely in place whilst pedaling. I wear the shoe with the insoles they came with. No need for me to pop in a carbon insole because Rapha molded my feet to make this shoe. I wanted to try on in store before ordering. Rapha’s shoe size comparison chart had me at 47 which was spot on.

Love the knitted upper - super light and stiff
Rapha continues to deliver a top quality shoe a month the sea of competitors. The knitted top is the most comfortable. This is my 2nd Rapha shoe - my first one was the knitted gravel shoe - basically a cousin of this road shoe. Except this is much stiffer due to full carbon bottom. The Rapha RCC edition is also special. The only comment is the sizing is a bit off. In the gravel shoe I first ordered 45.5 but had to exchange it to 46. This one I got 46 right away and I think it is a bit larger than the gravel option and I could have exchange this to 45.5 but I decided against it - because I ended up adding a carbon insole so the fit is now more with what I expected.

Functionally great shoe, the colors are off.
First, these pro team shoes are great in fit. I have the blue/purple version and they have become my go to shoes. They are the most comfortable easy to set up shoes I have currently. My issue with these is the color. While they do not look bad on themselves, when paired with any of the new kit, they look off. The dark color in this shoe should have been sky captain, not black. Again, if this shoe had come out a year ago or Rapha had not made sky captain a base color in the new kit, these would be a great add. For the RCC and the price of these shoes it would have been great if they could have matched better.

Great Shoe as Always
This is the most comfortable and functional training and racing shoes I have found. Light, stiff and extremely comfortable. Love this shoe.Not quite sure about the color. Thought it was to match my RCC club kit, but it is an odd shade of pink. Solid five star performance.

Pro team shoe winners for me.
I’ve been a massive sidi fan but was finding them too narrow for my feet in the latest Shot 2. The Rapha pro team suit my wide feet nicely, with the boa system being easy to fit adjust and remove unlike the Sidi which were a pain to take off!
They adjust well for a looser fit and tighten up well for hard efforts without cutting off circulation.

Best shoes I've ever had
I bought these after riding Rapha Explores on all my bikes. I had Fizik road shoes worth more than these that made my left foot hurt and sold them. Finally bought these because my Explores were so comfy and I had really nice road pedals just waiting for my road bike. These are even more comfortable for riding long and higher watts due to such a nice stiff sole and uppers. The quality is also visibly better than the road shoes I replaced. I just wish they matches the current RCC kit. The pink looks red/orangish. And the black does really matches any Rapha gear I've got. Still keepers!

Love it
Love this show, very happy with it. The material is nice and fits greatly around my feet. The strong heel sits nicely and I feel I can really put my power into the pedal.
Please provide more info on how wide the show is since I really struggled to find shoes that are wide enough for my feet. On these as well I could not find the info and had to go for a fitting while just adding some numbers to the product subscription would be really helpful.

The performance slipper
Absolutely fantastic shoe. Has the full Rapha package. Super quality. Comfortable like a slipper. Brilliantly stiff sole allowing max performance and power. Bold beautiful colours for the RCC model

My feet are 10,5 cm wide and 28 cm long. Does Rapha shoes have normal fit or small and which size do you advice? 44.5?
All Rapha shoes have the regular width.
For 28cm long, we'd recommend the size 43.5
Because fit is dependent mostly on each foot shape and customer's personal preference to how customer's prefer garments to fit, it is hard for us to be exact in sizing advice.
If you are unsure we have a free 90 day return policy so you can order multiple sizes and then return the one that doesn't fit as good.
