Brexit & EU Orders

While the UK may have left the EU, we want to take this opportunity to reassure you that all EU orders are shipping swiftly from our UK warehouse. Our pricing remains unchanged, and your order will arrive with local VAT and any import duties prepaid. The price you see when shopping at rapha.cc remains the total price you’ll pay.

In addition, our free returns service continues to operate for all customers, including those in the EU. No duties, taxes or other fees are required to send your return back to us - our carrier will require you to include a customs declaration form with your return. Customers with a Rapha account will be shown the customs declaration on-site, while guests will be sent a customs declaration upon creating a return order.

During the ongoing disruption at UK and EU ports, there is an extended shipping time for all EU orders. We are working with our shipping partners to ensure orders arrive as quickly as possible, and the latest estimated delivery time for your order will be shown next to each shipping method during checkout. UK delivery times remain unchanged.

• Orders for delivery in Switzerland or Norway are delivered with no additional fees to pay: duty, tax and brokerage fees are included in the final basket price
• Import duties and taxes may be applied by your local authority. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages. Local import duties and taxes are levied by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authority.
