Despite a weather forecast that had promised high winds and lashings of rain, 33 members of the Rapha Cycling Club from throughout the UK headed to Wales on the club’s latest excursion. Those who had made the journey were richly rewarded as weather conditions were far better than expected.
Over three days, members covered much of the National Park’s expanse, tackling some fearsome climbs en route, including the iconic Llanberis Pass on the flanks of Mount Snowdon.
Each evening, members ate together and shared stories from the road over a well deserved drink.
