how does this atttach to the 10L bag? Is it a clip system or just straps?

Can the Explore Handlebar Accessory Pack be attached to handlebars without the need to attach to the larger Explore Handlebar Pack 10L?
The Accessory Pack clips onto the Handlebar Pack via specific mounting points and therefore is not designed to attach directly onto the handlebars.

Will this work with any handle bar set up?
The new Explore handlebar accessory pack can be used on road, gravel and mountain bikes and can be quickly attached and detached to the handlebar bag. The dimensions are: 260mm x 180mm x 90mm. There are three strap attachment points to the Handlebar pack with taped seams, not forgetting the bag features a stowable shoulder strap that tucks away when not in use
