By registering with Rapha, you will be able to view, track and manage your orders, including setting up a return or exchange. You will also be able to store your payment details on our secure server, which will make checking out quicker and simpler.
However you can also checkout as a guest, this means that you don’t have to create an account with us, although if you want to return or exchange an item, you will have to fill out a returns form which can be found in the “how to make a returns section”.
Secure Payment Processing
All payments made on the rapha.cc website are encrypted using secure technology and your card details are not retained or visible to Rapha employees.
Rapha accepts the following payment cards and Paypal: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
You’ll be charged for your order when it is dispatched from our warehouse. For Paypal you will be charged when the order is placed.
Promotional Codes and Gift Vouchers
If you are using a Promotional Code please enter it in the ‘REDEEM A GIFT VOUCHER OR ENTER A DISCOUNT CODE’ box on the basket page. The discount will automatically be calculated. Promotional codes are single-use and may not be used in separate orders, or applied to different products in the case of an exchange. You may only use one Promotional Code on any single order, and codes cannot be stacked or combined in any way.

If you have a Gift Voucher please enter in the ‘REDEEM A GIFT VOUCHER OR ENTER A DISCOUNT CODE’ box on the basket page and your updated basket value will automatically be calculated. Once purchased Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
Errors and Omissions
In the case of errors or omissions on the website Rapha reserve the right to refund your order prior to the goods being despatched.
Rapha reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases but customers will be notified and reimbursed for the full cost of the order.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of Rapha products are correct. The colours shown on the website are a close representation, but slight variations in the actual product colours may occur due to different screen resolutions and browsers.
You will receive an email to confirm that we have received your order. If you have a problem processing your payment online or are not certain if your payment was successful please call your local Customer Services team.
Prices are quoted in UK pounds, US dollars, Canadian dollars, Euros, Australian dollars, Swiss francs, Japanese yen, Norwegian kroner, Swedish kronor, Danish kroner and New Taiwan dollars. All US and Australian dollar prices exclude value added tax. Local import duties may be payable by the recipient on receipt of the order. Swiss / Canadian and Norwegian orders are delivered with no additional fees to pay: duty, tax and brokerage fees are included in the final basket price.
Out of Stock Product and Pre-Orders
It is not possible to place an order for an out of stock product or pre-order new lines. You can however express your interest in an item that is not available by using the inform me button on the product page. You will then receive an email as soon as the item becomes available in your chosen size and colour.
Amending or Cancelling an Order
If you have any concerns about an order you’ve already placed please contact your Local Customer Service team. Please note that once an order has been placed Rapha are unable to amend it. Please set up your return via your account/ Guest checkout return form, and take advantage of our free post returns to return any unwanted items for an exchange or refund. If you purchased your goods in the EU you can cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and more information can be found in our Website Terms and Conditions.
Refusal and Cancellation of Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, either online or at a Rapha Clubhouse, for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department, security concerns, or inappropriate customer conduct. If your order is cancelled after your credit card (or other payment account) has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card (via the original payment method only or via a voucher) in the amount of the charge. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
