Most importantly The end result tastes good and provides sufficient energy on and off the bike. No disappointments with purchasing this book.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Lovely gift for a cycling enthusiast I bought this as a gift for a cycling friend who also enjoys to cook. It was well packaged and nicely presented when i opened it and my friend was over the moon with it. It isn't just full of recipies it also has all sorts of other bits of information in it along with some lovely pictures. I didn't get much of a chance to see the book but my friend had thought about ordering it anyway but it was out of stock. A beautifully presented and different type of cook book ... fab gift for a cycling enthusiast, triathlete etc. I have already recommended it to like minded people.

Is this book good for a vegetarian?
