Nice TapeI like trying different tapes and this def rates as one of the better ones! Nice quality and feels like it will last well, especially over a wet, grimy UK winter.
Really like the pink detailing under the perforations.

Slick When WetWhile it looks great and appears to be high quality and durable it does not suit me because it gets very slick with the lightest moisture from perspiration or early morning mist. I’m forced to wear gloves now to feel confident my hands won’t slip.

Great FeelI've used a ton of different brands of bar tape over the years and they've all done the job; but, by comparison, the Rapha Classic Bar Tape lives up to the Rapha name... but it's not really that expensive. I plan to keep using this in the future.

Good product - easy to apply if you're carefulThis tape looks very pro and feels comfortable - it is reasonably easy to fit as long as you check carefully as you go along and do a bit of online research first. Check out the Park Tools video on YouTube as this is the most helpful. Make sure you leave enough overhang at the beginning as the tape thickness is such that it is not easy to fold the tape into the bar ends and fit the plugs securely unless there is at least half a tape width to tuck in. Then check as you go along, wrapping in the correct direction (see videos) to avoid spotting a mistake too late and having to unwrap and start again. If this does happen, don't panic as it can be removed and re-wrapped without losing adhesion or spoiling the result. There is enough tape as long as you don't try a figure of 8 wrap at the hoods - the tape is too thick for that anyway and you don't need to do that if you fit the small filler pieces at these points carefully after cutting these to size. The finishing adhesive strips that come with the tape are quite useless so use electrical insulating tape instead. Overall, I got a good result having not done this much previously.
