How to wear:

Got my jacket, looked fab and fitted well…on closer inspection had a small mark on sleeve. Rapha offered me a partial discount, all good, used jacket this week for first time on a trip to Boston, only to find a micro tear/scratch on jacket. Gutted. Apparently, I have no rights for a return or replacement, so I am stuck with a ruined expensive jacket. Even a repair wif offered will be very visible. Not what I wanted after spending so much with Rapha,

Can you list the differences between this, the Lightweight version, and the regular Explore Down Jacket? Ironically, the Lightweight jacket appears heavier than the regular one, so how would you recommend choosing one over the other?

Hello, The Explore Down Jacket weighs 328g in size medium. The Explore Lightweight Down jacket weighs 265g so if weight is important that will help you decide. The hoods are quite different as well where the Lightweight hood is not fully insulated and fits well under a helmet and takes up less space when packed down. The Explore Down jacket does have a fully insulated hood. These points are in addition to the other listed features and specs.

Hej you good people,  I've got some trouble finding the right size. I am 183cm tall, chest 95/96cm, weight 69/70 KG. Any suggestions? I want the jacket to fit tight, not too loose.

I would say you are between Medium and Large. because fit is not just dependent on height and weight but mostly on each body shape and customer's personal preference to how customer's prefer garments to fit, it is hard for us to be exact in sizing advice.  If you are unsure we have a free 30 day return policy so you can order multiple sizes and then return the one that doesn't fit as good.

Is this good for temperatures between 0-5 Degree C?

The Men's Explore Hooded Lightweight Down Jacket is comfortable in 0-5 Degree C conditions with adequate layers underneath for many. Off bike, I would wear this with a base layer and sweater underneath. On bike, I would wear a base layer and long sleeve thermal jersey.
