Nicer than expected
The pictures don’t do it justice, specifically in the green colour. I got the green as it was in the sale, but really wanted the grey - on arrival it’s a nicer colour than pictured. Nice light layer to keep the chill off.

Excellent product
I really like this jacket. It's great as a light jacket off the bike as well. The fabric is light enough and the cut with short sleeves works great for me.

Nice piece of additional kit.
A great twist on cycling gilet for mountain biking. Padded body and sleeves keep the cold out on cooler days.

The perfect fall jacket!
Great temperature control with snap buttons and short sleeves. When paired with a long sleeve merino base layer, I’ve found this to be a wonderful addition to my cycling jacket selection.

Dorky but practical
Not a fashion item but superb to ride on tour. The mornings can be fresh and if anycool breeze it is a great wind break and super light. It attaches back into its own pocket and a clever little strap inside the pocket helps keep it compact but also can attach to your frame or bags.

en's Trail Insulated Short Sleeve Jacket
Great product. I predominantly ride the Scottish Borders where a MTB gilet type garment is pretty essential from late Autumn through to early Spring. The insulated jacked is perfect for cool mixed conditions, it's always in my bag when it's sub 10c and no rain is forecast. It runs true to size but is on the fitted side of the spectrum so, if you want a baggier look, size up.

what kind of insulation is it ?
We use Octa insulation in this piece.

How’s the fit? I’d be looking to use this more in the winter over another couple layers, would it be smart to size up for that instance? I normally wear a large in shirts for gravel riding but I get XL for mtb as I like em a little baggier.
This jacket fits true to size. If you intend to add bulkier pieces underneath, you may go ahead and size up. Otherwise, I recommend purchasing both to try on and returning the one that doesn't fit as all returns are free and easy to arrange. Alternatively, you're welcome to try a few sizes on in any of our clubhouses.
