The world’s fastest road-racing skinsuit, tailored for RCC members. A sleeker way of dressing for your fastest rides.

The fastest club kit in the world

Engineered for optimal aerodynamic performance, the RCC Pro Team Aerosuit is the quickest, most functional race garment you can buy. Featuring significant developments from its original incarnation, this second version of the Aerosuit has been extensively wind-tunnel tested by pro cyclists from Team Sky, then raced at the highest level – Sky’s Elia Viviani debuted it to victory on the first road stage of the 2015 Giro d’Italia. Now available in RCC colours, the Aerosuit’s drag has been minimised through offset seam- positioning, a minimal number of pattern pieces, and a close-fit. Longer sleeves made of a textured fabric are designed to create ‘turbulent flow’, enabling more efficient motion where the arms encounter wind resistance. The suit’s front and back fabric is smooth and dense, helping to improve airflow while retaining a close fit. A new collar offers a more flattering neckline than traditionally deep-cut skinsuits, while the luxury chamois pad ensures that you stay comfortable even when riding full gas.

Body sizing

Back Length: measure from the bottom of where your collar sits/base of the neck to the bottom of your spine.
Arm length: measure from where the seam would start at shoulder to bottom of the wrist.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great piece of kit Bought this on sale and it's a great piece of kit. It's a bit tricky to get into, and feels a bit awkward when you're standing up straight, but it fits perfectly when you're in aeroposition on your bike. Note that the chamois is not ideal for women

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simply great Only worn the skinsuit a few times but already shaved seconds of some of my PRs on Strava segments. Fit is tight, as you would expect, but once inside it is good. In a riding position it feels wonderful. Standing up or sitting at the cafe exposes the slightly shorter front then back, which is important for that important aggressive riding position. It's good. It probably won't make your morning Saturday ridw faster, but you will feel faster and that's also important.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from When you need simplicity! Crit, Cross, Race, packing light travelling to international clubhouses for a cheeky bike hire day or a simple PB training loop, this is the garment to reach for. Easy to wear, with all of the essential features you need.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from An edge on those younger guys This is my third Rapha Aerosuit. The first being the one with the belly flap for easy nature breaks, and the next the non - RCC version with the same features as the RCC kit - seemingly seamless integration of bibs to jersey, featuring the aero jersey's reptilian sleeves. This is all perfectly sized to fit when assuming an aero position, but not necessarily for putting on and taking off. I feel a bit like an astronaut preparing for blast off when my wife helps me into my aerosuit. And I feel like a pro on the road.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super tight but very aero! I'd recommend you try a couple of sizes as although very tight initially, I took the size smaller than anticipated. Difficult to get into in terms of wriggling shoulders in, so be careful not to over stretch fabric. Type cal of all akinsuits I think.

Hi, probably a dumb question but if I coffee up too much and need to offload before the race are the zips 2 way ? Or do I have to take off half the suit? Thanks :)

Asked by: Epic Lin
The Pro Team Aerosuit does not feature a double zip so you would be required to remove the upper section before 'Unloading'

I ride M size for the Pro Team Jersey and Pro Team Bibs. Will I fit into an M size aerosuit or should I get a size bigger? Sizing charts on aerosuits have typically not been too accurate.

Asked by: Discoverspeed
Hi, we recommend you order the same size as you wear in other Pro Team garments. In this case, please order a medium. As always, we do have a free 90 day returns policy if needed.

Hi  My chest size is 39 inches.   Should I stick with the large in the Aerosuit or do you recommend going up one size? Thank you!
