Description

The Technical T-Shirt was designed to change the way we think about dressing to ride. Using the same feathery light micro-mesh fabric as our Flyweight Jersey, it is the perfect loose-fitting top for exploring, whether that be city streets or mountain peaks.

A gradient knit structure not only wicks sweat away from the skin but also disperses the moisture over a greater area, creating a incredibly fast-drying shirt. The textured fabric combined with a loose fit helps the t-shirt stand off a rider’s skin for improved heat convection and airflow, allowing you to stay cool and look good in hot conditions. Turn-up sleeves reveal reflective strips hidden in the hem, which combine with a reflective logo on the chest for a stand-out yet stylish look. Paired with the Cargo bib shorts, the Technical T-Shirt offers a whole new option for long days in the saddle but is equally at home off the bike.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Keeps you cool in hot muggy weather! When I go on long distance bike rides, I prefer something loose, cool and comfortable especially if I’m on the saddle for the entire day. This technical shirt fits the bill! I wear these with a pair of Rapha City shorts for all day comfort and you can also walk in and out of coffee shops or convenient stores without looking to much out of place. The light cool material dries easily and even works better in hot balmy weather if you wear a sleeveless merino base layer. I highly recommend it for long distance riders.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for mountain biking I bought this shirt specifically for mountain biking and it's a great addition to the wardrobe. Super comfortable and feels lightweight. It's got the right cut for cycling. I normally wear a M in Rapha jerseys, but a L in their t-shirts. I ordered this in a L and it fits well.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Careful with the yellow colour I’ve been been looking to replace my Lycra tops for a more casual look and this certainly works, I’ve worn it hot days and you don’t even notice it, the quality feels great with a good fit, I’m 5:11 slim build and the large is perfect for me. The downside is that I bought the yellow which is a lovely colour but after washing it and following all the instructions 30 degree etc, it came out with blotchy marks I had to spend money on stain removers to remove. But as soon as I put it in the washing machine the marks come back. I’ve since bought another t shirt in blue and no problems.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The perfect top for party pace cycling I first bought the 'vietnam tour' version of this t-shirt from the archive sale section and absolutely loved it so had to buy some more. Although i have a couple of rapha jerseys for longer road bike rides i find most of my riding nowadays is a more relaxed affair on either my gravel bike or fat bike. For me the technical t-shirt is perfect for the job, the fit, feel and quality is top drawer. It is a relaxed fit but not baggy, nice a breathable and the little styling details look great. After doing 3 or 4 gravel rides around the south downs in the baking sunshine i was so impressed with how comfortable the shirt was i ordered another couple in different colours!. Im short and stocky, normally an XL core jersey fits great, i therefore ordered the same size for the T-shirt and its spot on. Good work again Rapha.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great allround sports t-shirt Got this mainly for gym and running activities. I liked the pink high-viz sleeve detail which is actually as useful for running as for cycling. Material is very light and high tech and feels good. More muscular users might have some trouble with the cuffs being too tight. I'm rather skinny at 189cm/80kgs but the cuffs on an L sized shirt still managed to feel tight over the biceps area. Otherwise perfect fit, true to size and overall great styling and colour.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great shirt but the red is brown This t-shirt is pretty much like every other active wear t-shirt - it's a lightweight fabric and designed to keep you cool during exercise. I was drawn to the red colour but unfortunately the colour is more brown and very much like the colour selector circle when you order. The reason you would buy this instead of any other active t-shirt is the anti-bacterial coating and the sleeves roll back to reveal the bright pink reflective banding which I think looks great even when you're off the bike. I usually wear a large in the jerseys but medium fits best because the fit is more relaxed, so it fits just right rather than too long and baggy which the large is. I intend to take these t-shirts with me bike touring because you can wear them on and off the bike, so I can save on luggage.

Hi. How long is this T in Large, from neck to hem, please? I have a Logo T which fits well – but it's ever so slightly short. Is this any longer and does it have a slightly dropped tail? I can't really tell from the pix.

The center front length of the Technical T-Shirt is 72cm (center back is 73.5cm) in size Large. It fits with the same length as the Logo T.

How does this fit compared to the Brevet Base Layer? I’m looking for something for touring that isn’t constrictive.

Hi, this t-shirt was designed with touring and long distance rides in mind. The fabric is very technical and from some of our best jerseys, I don't think you will be disappointed. Should you need to exchange or refund, we have a 90 days return period for new/unused garments with tags and in saleable condition.
