Ride comfortably all day, wash and dry overnight

The Brevet Bib Shorts are built for adventure. Updated with a new fabric chosen to provide greater support and durability, and an open-stripe bib strap for added moisture wicking, the new Brevet Bib Shorts are the ultimate companion for long days in the saddle.

The chamois pad has been engineered with different foam densities to ensure longer-lasting comfort in the saddle, and is also perforated so the shorts can be washed and quickly dried overnight, ready to be worn again the following day. A wide silicone leg gripper reduces pressure providing extra comfort when riding long distances, and two reflective Brevet stripes on the leg offer much needed visibility, also ensuring the Brevet Bib Shorts pair beautifully with other garments from the Brevet collection.

The bibs are available in two lengths, regular and long, with a difference between leg lengths of approximately 1 inch. Long shorts are for taller riders or those who prefer more thigh coverage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My new favorite bib shorts. These are my new favorites. I’ve recently been in love with the lightweight shorts but with fall temps here these are my new go to. The fit is better than the pro IMHO on and off the bike (and especially off). My description of the fit is that they feel nicely very snug — like maybe just a tad tighter than others of the same size — but without being too tight in any one place. And the navy color is terrific if you are tired of black, which is the case for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Look and fit great Absolutely love the bib shorts. They have real style and are super comfortable. Only one problem. Shoulder strap design makes it a little harder to get shorts on and off and when nature calls it's a bit of a battle. Needs a zipper.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfy over a long distance Wore these on a 100 mile ride in July and they were very comfy. I don't usually wear padded shorts but not done much cycling this year after being hit by a car in Feb and these were great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best bibs i own! I've had other Rapha bibs (Pro Team Lightweight), Castelli (Multiple different ones), but these are the best of the bunch. Enough said. The only marginally annoying thing is the write up suggests that the two gray panels on the sides of the leg are reflective - they are not. The reflective component is a tiny little tag on the back seam. Not a massive deal though...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Must have Best bibshorts, best quality, best brilliant pads. I'm 6'4 hard to stand up straight the only down side. Great when on the bike but not comfortable of the bike. Having said that this is truly my favoured bib. This is a must piece

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Most comfortable I bought the short version for a long distant ride and it did not disappoint. It is a tight fit but feels very comfortable and relaxed on a long ride. The fabric is silky soft and the padding is denser then the other Rapha bibs. It feels better overall then the previous gen I Brevet bib. It looks great pairing with any other jersey too. Definitely will buy another pair as it's a bib for all seasons and all occasions and distances.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Brevet Shorts Bought these and first ride was the Rapha Man to Lon in them. Very comfortable and no chaffing issues or pain. When I first put them on the straps felt a little tight (Size L and I am 6 foot) but no issues - did not notice and no pains or marks on shoulders. Pricey but worth it.

I have just got a pair of XL brevet bib shorts and the fit feels okay apart from the leg grippers which are not sitting tight. If I exchange for the large will the leg grippers be tighter and how will this affect the overall length?

Asked by: JonB62
Hi, a large size will most certainly have a tighter circumference and the overall length should not be too obvious, though depending on overall fit because the more it has to expand sideways the shorter it will become. But should you need to exchange, we have a 90 days return period for new/unused and with tags garments.

Hi, are this shorts usable for winter for days near to freezing if I match them with leg warmers? Are the Pro Team Thermal bib shorts II differ too much in terms of warmth with this brevet one? thank you

Asked by: Jack41
The Pro Team Thermal Shorts II have a wind proof fabric and thermal Roubaix backing that is considerably warmer than the Brevet Shorts that are not as well suited to cold temperatures like the ones you describe

What is the difference in size of the circumference of the end of the bib (gripper) between medium and large? Thank you.

Asked by: Cam22
The compression of the Brevet Bib Shorts is not as tight as the Pro Team but the circumference of this regions difference would be approximately 3cm but this area is also elasticated and can stretch.

Hi, I'm trying to figure out if I should get the Regular or Long version of the Brevet II short. I have a pair of last year's Pro bib shorts, so how would the length compare between the Pro bib and the Long version of the Brevet II bibs?

Asked by: Mgrayson
The Pro Team collection has a race fit and is therefore more aerodynamic and is longer then the Brevet range which is designed for longer rides and comfort.
