Wind-blocking club cap for blustery days

The cycling cap started life as a promotional tool for cycling’s sponsors, but soon became part of the sport’s distinctive style. The RCC Windblock Cap, made from a wind-blocking and breathable performance cotton, is an essential accessory on blustery days for all RCC members. The cap is lined with an anti-bacterial tape, and finished with a screenprinted RCC insignia and shield.

What's the sizing on this?  I have found the one size fits all doesn't work for a large size.
