Description
The Winter Gloves provide a warm and water-resistant layer against the elements. Lined with a warm fleece fabric on the inside, the gloves feature insulation on the back of the hand with pillowing on the fingers to prevent bunching and a durable water repellent treatment for wet weather protection. The palm is constructed with abrasion-resistant suede material with carefully positioned gel padding for maximum comfort and a secure grip on the handlebars in all weathers. The suede material also allows you to use your smartphone without removing your gloves while the thumb incorporates a convenient nose wipe. The low-profile, slim-fitting knitted merino cuff integrates with the sleeves of your jacket to lock heat in without unnecessary bulk. A grosgrain puller makes putting the glove on easy. For visibility when signalling, reflective logo features on the back of the hand while another reflective panel is positioned on the little finger.

Large and Warm Enough
I tried maybe 4 different pairs of so-called winter cycling gloves, and these are the only ones that are warm and also allow my hands to move freely. I have worn them down to about -8C so far, and at that point the fingertips are slightly chilly but not cold - on a longer ride I bet they'd warm up. Above about 5C they are too warm, but surprisingly this is basically New York winter's temperature range. The cuffs are nice and low profile and allow my jersey/jacket to cover easily. Good grip, and good wind resistance - haven't tried in rain. I got the XL because my hands are comically large, and they fit ok - wide enough in the hand and fingers but could be a touch longer. 183cm 83kg.

Finally my hands are warm
Quality wise these are great but I think I could have went up on the size. They size I bought them (Medium) fit well but when you ride long, taking them off and putting on again is harder than I expected (not too hard but not super easy). The added bonus is that you can rather easily operate your phone in these.
I would not recommend wearing them over 10 Celsius as you will be just sweating your hands too much (after all they are winter gloves). But that is just me and my preference.
Ah and if you have a white bar tape, you may need to clean it up after the ride with wet cloth. New ones do transfer some (but hardly noticeable) amount of color to the tape. It's not ruining the review just a heads-up.

Great fit, not water proof
The fit is great and the dexterity on the hoods is the best for thick winter gloves. I get cold easy and these aren't warm enough. I ride in the 30s during winter in Oregon and in the rain. My finger tips get very cold still and they aren't water proof. Once I commuted for 13 minutes in rain and when I put the gloves back on at the end of the shift, the water had soaked all the way through so the ride home wasn't great. Even with those downsides, I'd still use these gloves over others in the rainy winter just because the fit is awesome.

Really warm gloves
I was really hesitant about spending all the money on these gloves. I commute to work and I really needed something that would protect my hands, now we are coming into the winter season. Even in 23 deg F my hands are never cold and they dont lose comfort or feel this the thickness. Worth every penny as far as I am concerned

Toasty digits!
Owning a few pairs of Rapha's gloves over the 15+ years, each with their pro's and con's. These would fall into the 95% category in terms of winter gloves.
Keeping in mind that you are wearing these for winter base miles, and not planning on a 10km TT, as then they may well get to warm!
The only learn to learn about these particular gloves, is the unique putting on technique required. Once you have mastered that, don't take them off until you get home..... Job done!

Good winter gloves but tight to get on/off
As far as winter gloves are designed to keep out the cold and not impede hand control of brakes and gear changers these fit the bill. However getting them on and off is a challenge. The tightness of the stitching, in the area above the wrist elasticated fabric, forces you to squeeze your hand to near on impossible positions to get the gloves on, then work you hands slowly into the fingers to get a comfortable fit. If you take the gloves off during the ride you need to ensure the inner lining does not get pulled down from the finger areas - if it does it becomes almost impossible to get the gloves back on comfortably. It took several washes and maybe 10 uses of the gloves for them to loosen up a bit. They are now my go to gloves only for very cold days.

Very warm winter gloves.
Very warm! Coldest weather I’ve worn these in was right at freezing, and they were plenty warm without a liner. Definitely size up if you want to use a liner as well. Mediums were too hard to get on and off so I settled on a large, although the palm and fingers of the medium fit me better overall. I am happy to wear the size up though, just in case I ever need to use a liner. I wish the fingers weren’t quite as long in the large, as they feel too long compared to the palm area of the glove, but this is a very slight issue. You don’t notice this while riding. Would buy again.

What are the washing instructions?
Use a mild detergent and warm water. Carefully rub the gloves together to remove stains. Rinse the gloves and squeeze out the water without wringing them. Then leave them to hang dry.

What’s the difference between these and the Pro Winter Gloves?
The Pro Team version has a thinner palm for grip and bar feel and control during wet conditions as they're designed for racing or training.

How easy is it to turn this glove inside out to dry? Or is the liner removable?
These are not the easiest gloves to turn inside out due to the thickness and stitching on them. They don't have a removable liner.

These are a great glove for 0-5 degrees. They are warm, but not too thick.
