Favorite mitts with maybe questionable durability
I have a couple pairs because I love the older style so much. These seem expensive but my older ones lasted quite long and I love the leather palm with no padding. Absolutely love the feel of these and are so comfortable.
The problem with this new design is the back lycra is now two piece with a curved seam. Mine got a loose thread and since it's one thread that came loose and the entire back split in two. So, I think this is the big weakness. This could be a fluke or bad pair but only lasted a few weeks before the thread came loose.
I have another pair and no issues so far.
Otherwise, these are great.
The Core mitts are ok too but not nearly as nice as these.

Disposable Income is the key here
When I received these gloves I was pretty disappointed. For what they are they cost a lot and the fingers looked like they've been cut by a child wielding a pair of blunt scissors. I almost sent them back on the spot but the sun was shining.
I needed some warm weather gloves because I sweat a lot in my hands and was finding that a real factor in my evening rides and have to say that functionally these absolutely nail it.
No padding and no fluff. Just an exceptional fit. Thin and comfortable these gloves were absolutely what I needed but I still can't understand why they cost so much.

Defective workmanship/stitching of Pro Team Mitts
It seems the stitching has begun to unravel rather prematurely given how infrequently they've been worn, in the case of both the set purchased only 1 month ago and the pair purchased in 2022.
Having read over the list of exclusions for Rapha's free repair service, I understand that gloves are ineligible and thus cannot be sent in for repair of the damage I've incurred. However, Rapha should reconsider provision of assistance in getting these gloves repaired even if/where a fee must be charged for the service, as I would rather have Rapha reinforce the stitching to extend use of them rather than premature replacement.

Snug and perfect if the size matches
Ordered M first by simple measurements, but had to exchange for L that fit snug and perfect. With the M size I could tell the little hook at the bottom of the palm was also disturbing the hand when on the drops. Also, although I've got somewhat sweaty hands, I felt that the cooling effect is definitely there.

Bad quality Gloves
Stitches of the gloves opened up in my 4 ride and i can’t use it any more. It was unexpected out of Rapha products. Below avg quality.

Nice style and fit; marginal quality
Pros - styling, comfort, flat palms without huge bubbles of gel.
Cons - size runs small, marginal manufacturing quality. I ordered the correct size based on the fit chart that Rapha uses, but these run small (snug would be a better description). Worse, I tore a seam on my right hand the very first time I used them, and it was not from forcing the gloves on.
I debated returning for an exchange, but too much hassle....

Good lightweight gloves
These gloves are super light with minimal padding. They comfortable on rides of 3-4 hours though. If you're looking for a similar glove with a little more padding, the Core ones are also good.
