As the feet move up and down through the pedal stroke, they bounce back the light from car headlamps, capturing the attention of drivers and pedestrians making them essential for anyone who trains or commutes through the dark winter months.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smart, practical and distinctive I’m a size Euro 42.5 and Large is comfortably snug, great shape around the shoe, although not as neat around the back of the ankle as the photos illustrate, but that's the practical requirement of getting them on. Smart, practical (kept the water out) and visually distinctive, accentuating visible movement.

He can't tell how good they are visibility wise, but certainly appreciates how good they are. I followed him in the car and they light up so well. They can be seen from all angles too. He said they are very warm too and are a good fit. Not too difficult to get on and off either. Even the pink at the back stands out and in the daylight too.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for cycling on foggy mornings These overshoes are extremely reflective and great for cycling on foggy mornings. The fit is tight and I can only get them on my shoes which have a dial fastener. They will not go over my shoes with a ratchet and tongue. The zipper could have been better thought-out to make it easier to pull them over the shoes as getting them over the heel and into position takes quite some time!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for safety! These are really bright under a head light and are fantastic to help you get seen, especially as your feet are moving. They're also relatively easy to get on provided you get the right size. I recommend upsizing if you're in between. Very stylish also!

what do overshoes look like underneath? is it just a Velcro strap , or is it a "sole" with cut outs for cleats and heel?

Water resistant. Seams are sealed, but the fabric is not specifically waterproof.

Will these fit shoes with spd cleats as well as spd-sl?

These are designed around a three-bolt cleat system. Using with 2-bolt systems or MTB shoes could result in damage not covered by warranty.
