Description
Insulated bib shorts for cold conditions
Created for early season or cold conditions, fleece-backed shorts have long been a staple of racers on the continent racing and training in the late/early season. Worn with leg or knee warmers, they are incredibly versatile giving enough range of movement and protection from the cold.
Made from a soft but supportive Lycra with an insulating Thermoroubaix fleece inner, the shorts are longer in the leg than regular summer-season bibs with a dense mesh back for additional warmth and breathability.
Reviews:
"For the money, this is a solid short, and one that can take a pounding both on the road and in the washing machine."

Having owned a pair of these excellent bibs, I've found them great for ridding in...but not so good for walking into the cafe in!..lets just say there a tad "aggressively" cut in the pad area! Are all Rapha bibs taylored the same in the padded area?
How much longer are the thermal bibs vs the non-thermal pro team bibs?
Like with all bib shorts and tights manufacturers always give information on the recommended inside leg and waist, but being a slim tall rider the length of the torso is equally important for comfort. Can you confirm what size ideally the L is meant for?
How does the material of the Thermal ProTeam bibs compare to the ProTeam winter thights with pad?
How does the material on these compare to the classic winter tights? I'm considering switching to shorts and leg warmers but would like to know if I'll get the same thermal properties.
Thank you for your request. We’ll contact you when your Pro Team Thermal Bib Shorts is available.
