Which lens out of the clear and yellow is best for riding in the dark?

Clear Lenses can be used for riding in the night, however some people feel that Yellow lenses in the dark with low light conditions are more suitable.

Width and height of lens

Asked by: JVictor
The total width is 6.5 inches edge to edge with the curve. The height varies around the circumference of the lens so we cannot provide a definitive answer for that.

For the long distance night riding, would you recommend to use the Contrast Enhanced Yellow len ? or the Clear len ?

Asked by: BonoH
This is a matter of personal preference. Some riders find riding with the Yellow Lens in hours of darkness or low light to be beneficial. Yellow lenses are said to transmit high-visible light spectrum to ensure a sharp image even in low light conditions. Ideal for bad weather, dawn, dusk, and evening rides.

Will the brown lens that comes with glasses will be OK when riding at dawn, early morning, when it's still dark? or need to buy a different color lens....Maybe the Yellow does the job? Will the yellow will get darker when sun rises?

Asked by: Isaac12
The Brown Lens should be sufficient whilst Yellow Lenses are used by many riders in low light and. Individual specifications are a preference for each rider and this is dependent on personal specifications.

Which lens do you recommend for flat light ?

Asked by: KMax
When the light is flat and overcast, we would recommend either of the Contrast Brown or Yellow Lenses. These both increase contrast for when you need to pick out the details.

Hi for change lens i can't slide down nose bridge because fear it broken. Can you suggest a technique?

Asked by: Torres
Hi, if you're not confident, the best thing to do is twist the nose piece in its place, so that one corner pops out, rather than trying to pop both out at the same time.
