Brevet Lightweight Jersey
This is a really well made jersey and lovely material which fits a treat. It mentioned in the review that it is great for hot weather conditions. I am not sure what they mean by "hot" but in WA I sometimes find myself riding home in 30-35oC and this jersey is too warm. The jersey is fairly heavy largely due to the number of pockets. There are two on the left at the front which make it two layered in these regions which is not good when trying to keep cool. If they removed these two and just kept the ones at the back (one large and three small) it would in my opinion be much better. It will be ideal for spring and autumn here in the West.

Best Jersey for Long Distance Rides
I ordered this specifically to use on my Audax ride last December. They have performed very well with regards to keeping you cool and the fit is very comfortable. Pockets for days! I literally have all the things I needed to maintain my bike during the duration of my ride. It was a scorching day (40-43c) that day and not once have I ever felt the need to open my zip just to add ventilation.
Pro-tip: add the baselayer for an even fresher feel even when riding during the scorching afternoon sun

Very nice but with one improvement suggestion
Good highlights for nigh time riding but biased towards right hand driving countries due to location of arm band. Good quality zips, capacious pockets. Well fitting with good materials. The napoleon (chest) pocket is too small in my opinion. A brevet card must be folded twice to fit into the narrow opening and is then a little awkward to pull out and glance at quickly whilst on the move. I need to carry out this action for audax info controls that I want to pass through quickly. This pocket, and its opening need to be a little larger to be a true brevet jersey. There are a lot of pockets, more than any other jersey which makes this fairly unique so worth buying for that reason alone.

Even better than expected
Excellent fabric and look. I am 6'1", 175lbs, and compared to my Core size medium jersey, this fits a little less snug. However, I still really like the fit and feel. I bought the light green/lime green colorway, but it doesn't feel too flashy and goes nicely with my Giro fluorescent green helmet. Pockets with zippers are a nice addition for longer rides. Nice additional touches with the inside-jersey headphone cord guide and a tag that can be used for an impromptu tire patch.

Quality product for the long ride
Top notch, impressive quality.
Reflective strips are often under-rated especially when you start and complete your day-long rides in darkness or semi-darkness.
Pockets galore. Handy to store keys, brevet cards and even a flexible gel flask. Perfect for the audax rides.
Zipper has a small protective hood that prevents annoying contact when zipped all the way up.
It's a more relaxed fit, certainly not as tight-fitting as the Pro range.
Perforated side panels provide some ventilation. I thought it was gimmicky but believe you me, you'll appreciate it when it's hot and the sun is beating down on you.
Only downside is probably the size of the zipper pull. I find it a tad small and not as easy to grab when you are on the bike. Small quibble.
Definitely value for money if you do regular long rides.

Have an original Brevet and loving this lighter version. Great for Melbourne on those mornings where its a slightly cool start but you know its going to get warmer. Improved cut and fit also.

Very happy nice jersey.
Great jersey, I am male, 67 years old, 185 tall and got XL. Possibly a little large around the neck, but very comfortable. I typically ride 50 to 60 km three days a week the return journey in the heat in summer in Brisbane Australia is too hot of this jersey, it will be perfect for autumn and spring. I like the little zip pocket pin on the front/side, very good for keeping my keys.

When I lift my arms the jersey rides to under my chest . Size chart recommends a medium . Should I exchange for a large ?
The Large is 1 cm longer than the size Medium. We recommend thinking about if the jersey seems to fit well when you are not lifting your arms. Is it tight in the chest or waist? These may be reasons to size up.

What if your in between sizes? Do you go smaller or bigger?
If you prefer a tighter fitting jersey we recommend choosing the smaller size. If you prefer a relaxed fit we recommend the larger size.

How much does the Jersey weigh? Is it suitable for 90+ degrees
This jersey is indeed suitable for 90+ degrees. It is an ultralight 85gsm in the front and 105gsm in the back for UPF 40 protection.

Do you make this light weight or any light weight Jersey with long sleeves ? Don’t like arm coolers and can use enough sun screen to protect from southern Cali sun
We do not make this jersey in a long sleeve version.
Our Pro Team Long Sleeve Training Jersey is a lightweight long sleeve jersey. It does not have any insulation and it is very breathable.
