Superlative, superlative....it's pink.
I could go on about how well in protects you from the rain and the cold. I could go on about the neat subtle Rapha styling and that as I'm quite a big guy the jacket fits comfortably. I could go on about the high quality zips and the rather spiffing elasticated gripper at the back of the jacket. I could go on about the tight fitting cuffs and the zip protector on the main zip. But no.....
It's high visibility pink. No...it's nothing-quite-like-it-in-terms-of-high-vis-colours-pink. It's the-motorist's-can't-use-the-excuse-they-didn't-see-you-riding-your-bike-pink.
Oh....and it washes well too. As per the instructions all mud stains have gone. Lovely.

A great snug jacket
I purchased this jacket just after they were released, but hadn't worn it straight away, as the weather was still mild, but have enjoyed it's use over the last month or so since things have cooled down. A great close fitting jacket, that fits closely in all the areas I'd wish, with no wind flap (I am 6'2" and 80kg and Large is perfect). The sleeves are close fitting, on my slim arms, and the cuffs keep out any unwanted wind too. The collar fits closely around my neck to also eliminate any draughts, but not too much, like some jackets can which I really don't like. I can see this jacket being the perfect winter workhorse to take me through to spring.

Amazing jacket, amazing value
I have been waiting for ages for my size and chosen colour to come back in stock, and I had my order placed within minutes of the re-stock alert landing! For a great price you get a great jacket, which I've used through the worst bits of winter so far, in every condition except monsoon downpour. It even looks good on the MTB. Sizing is spot on and aligns with your Rapha jersey size nicely (not always the case with lots of kit)

High quality product. Differing materials front and back means it breathes well. A quality finish and the concealed zipped pocket at the back is a nice touch. I've found it too warm above 10 degrees C (that's without a base layer) but just right below 10. It is long on the arms but this gives you the flex when in the crouch position. I'm 185cm and wear a Large.

Good utility
A perfect jacket for chilly fall rides. I've mostly used it with a standard jersey beneath, but with a merino base layer it can handle the chilliest of days. Good wicking and water resistance.

Not what I expected, but really like it
Bought as I thought it was going to be another jacket. Intended to try a few on and keep 1, but ended up keeping the core rain jacket and this, as it's actually more of a soft shell. Even ordered another in pink it's that good!

Great Jacket.
This is a great jacket, elegant, good looking and high quality materials. Rear pockets and roomy and color is great. Sizing is where it gets tricky, my chest is 39 inches, according to the chart I am a Medium for this "regular fit" jacket, so I bought a Medium, I have somewhat muscular arms and shoulders so the medium was too tight above the chest. I felt like the Hulk about to rip his shirt off. Arm length was perfect. Being too tight I exchanged it for a Large, better fit but now the arms are a bit long. Still I prefer the room on the Large than having a too tight chest and arms.
Over all great jacket, not for really cold days because the whole back is not weather proof but good for cool to slightly cold days.

great jacket
used this jacket for the first time on a long road ride on a sometimes wet and sometimes sunny ride in the Highlands of Scotland. it was perfect. Kept me warm and dry when it rained and remarkably was cool enough when the sun was out. this is my new favourite bit of kit

I have a Core jersey in XL and its a nice, snug fit. Do I need to size up to be able to fit a base layer or a jersey under the jacket?
This is designed to be an outer layer with a layer or two underneath. There is no need to size up accommodate.

The front of the Jacket tapers up and the tail drops. If you are a 43" Chest, we suggest you size down

Hi, this can be used for 25-30 F temperatures but we suggest to combine it with a warm long sleeve base layer and a wind breaker, either gilet or wind breaker jacket, dependent on how hard you cycle, your personal preference and also your heat exertion.

My M size fits nice&snug, the sleeves are perfect. But I'm curious, regarding the spirit of its design, how many layers are meant to be UNDER this jacket, before I compromise it? Because there is no way it can withstand deep winter conditions (ie: -15C).

Hi, this jacket is not fully waterproof and in a downpour it will eventually get wet. For a fully waterproof jacket try our Classic Winter Jacket, Classic Rain Jacket II or Race Cape.
