The adjustable reflective cord strap has a small hook that acts as a stabilizer strap when folded back on itself (this might need some explanation!). Please explain :)
This bag is essentially a very lightweight version of a messenger bag; the main strap is worn over the shoulder, across the body, and a second, stabilising, strap then goes under the arm and attaches to the main strap. Please refer to the photos of the model which should make this more clear.

What is the size capacity of this bag please ? Any photos of the inside or it with items in ? Thanks Howard
The Essentials bag is a slim design and therefore we're not able to provide a litre capacity, however the dimensions are 21cm x 16.5cm, and it's a good size to hold a smartphone, wallet and keys with a little room to spare for a snack on the road.
