Rated 5 de 5 por de Very comfortable! Bought this back in October and have been using it almost every day since. Just rode Toronto streets in -12C temperature this morning with a merino base layer and a Winter Windblock Jersey and was very comfortable.

Rated 5 de 5 por de Breathing and stylish I have used the jacket on 3 occasions during different weather conditions ranging from rain to cold weather close to the freezing conditions. I never felt the cold and the jacket seems to be very breathable and avoids you from sweating. I use a Rapha merino base layer and a Brevet long sleeve jersey underneath which seems to be enough for cold conditions and these three layers seem to "communicate" well for optimal breathability and isolation. Just bear in mind that if you choose your regular size of Rapha clothing for the jacket it might sit a bit tight due to the other layers underneath although the jacket is elastic. The finishing is very nice and discreet in this color combination and matches well with blue Brevet Winter Tights. In case you want to see be seen by upcoming cars from behind you can unzip the pink flap from behind the jacket which also gives some protection from the wet. Nice product.

Rated 5 de 5 por de Perfect Winter Jacket This jacket has an aggressive race fit so it hugs the body nicely. The fabric is stretchy which makes it very comfortable. It blocks the wind chill but lets in just enough air for good breathability. I have paired this jacket with a Rapha winter base layer and classic jersey. I have been comfortable in -15 C, and stayed dry, not too cold, not too warm. For colder conditions, the stretch will allow another layer. Very flexible jacket. The colors are rich and it looks great.

Rated 5 de 5 por de Great fit, great performance I went for a size larger than the mesurements on the site and I have to say I love it. Great ventilation and design that fits me like a glove in the riding position. I've tested the waterproofness quite a bit recently and can say it's performed as intended.

Rated 5 de 5 por de Buy I have bought it for riding in norway. Long windy and rainy rides between 2-5 celcius. Warm and almost dry and very comfortable. Looking forward for the winter to come......

Rated 4 de 5 por de Very good riding jacket, with a few critiques Bought this to handle riding in weather from 0°- 45°F in Minnesota, primarily commuting but also moderate-high intensity non-commuting rides. Previously had been layering non-cycling gear with an old Goretex hardshell, and wanted a jacket that could be a dedicated riding piece that would handle a broad range of conditions. Pros: This jacket is extremely warm. My first ride was in -5°F to test the fit, with a mid-weight merino base layer and a merino sweater. At this temperature the jacket was comfortably warm over about 15 minutes of riding. I've also ridden with only a merino base layer at 10°F comfortably. Over 32° it starts to feel a little too warm, but pit zips work well to dump heat. Detailing and quality is what you expect from Rapha. It looks, and feels extremely high quality. Cons: Fit is a little tight across the shoulder blades in a riding position. Hasn't been an issue while riding, but you notice it initially. As others have noted, the pockets are extremely high and very hard to reach on and off the bike. I wish the tail dropped about an inch more, and there was slightly more room across the chest and in the arm-pit area to allow reaching to the bars without also causing the back to rise up slightly. The caveat is that I'm on the larger end of a medium (5'10", 165lbs, 31inch waist, 37 inch chest), so this might be moot for those that are buying more in the middle of a given size. Tried a size large, which overall felt too loose, but it did eliminate the tight shoulders issue, FWIW. Breathability is good, but not as breathable as I thought it would be. It feels in line with a Gore Windstopper softshell. Ignoring a few minor quibbles, it's a great jacket that covers a wide range of riding conditions and temps. It looks great, functions well, and so far has functioned well as a single go-to riding jacket.

Hi, my size is between Medium and Large. I have a Winter Jersey size L but little bit big. And I have a Club jersey size L and is this perfect for me. What size do you recommended? Thank you

Preguntado por: sife71
Based on your experience of the Jerseys and their fit, we would recommend the Medium Jacket on this product

Looking for a winter jacket that will not only serve me during extreme cold winter days(below 0°C) but also during 10°C rides. Is this Jacket way too warm? What is the weather range for the Classic winter and Pro Team Soft Shell? Which one do you recomend

Preguntado por: nsl033
As we all regulate temperature differently it is hard to advice on the temperature range for individuals and differing exertion levels will also affect its properties. However the Pro Team is designed for high intensity riding so will be slightly thinner then the Classic Winter Jacket to allow for that exertion level and effort.

I am on the boarder of small and medium sizing. All my other rapha jerseys, core, club and long sleeved country are medium and fit comfortably but not super tight. Would you recommend sizing down to a small In this jacket?

Preguntado por: Tvel
A Medium size should be the appropriate fit based upon this information.
