    RCC Summit Cote d'Azur

The Cote d’Azur is one of the finest destinations for riding in Europe. Featuring roads for all riders, from the iconic test piece of the Col de la Madone to challenging tours of the Gorge du Verdon and scenic coast-side cruises. The region has a hugely varied terrain, enabling us to create routes with a wide range of difficulties. Regardless of difficulty, the soaring limestone and red granite of the region provides a stunning backdrop to our rides. Long and short course options will be offered daily, with groups encouraged to ride and support each other. Ride leaders along with support vehicles will be at hand. Please note: you will need to log in to your RCC account to view prices and book.

Unfortunately, your place on the RCC Summit is non refundable and non transferable to an alternative Summit or a Rapha Travel trip.

Who is the RCC Summit designed for?

RCC Summits cater to all riding abilities. Whether you’re looking to challenge your legs on some of the local iconic climbs, or are more interested in enjoying the scenery on shorter, flatter rides, our daily rides menu offers something for everyone. A cautionary note about Boulder’s elevation should be sounded here - the city sits at 5,500ft, and even the fittest riders can be affected by the thin mountain air. Consider arriving a day or two before the Summit to begin acclimatizing to the elevation, and be sure to stay hydrated and well-rested before and during the Summit. Our signature ride support includes expert ride guides on the bike as well as support vehicles with ride nutrition, water and spares. The rides have coffee and lunch stops and the pace is set to suit the bunch - not the fastest rider. The Summits are the perfect opportunity to gather with your fellow clubmates from chapters across the globe. With workshops, wine tasting and fine dining, the Summits are your chance to ride, race and rest in a beautiful setting, at the same time as getting closer to Rapha and the sport of cycling.

    VIP Guests at the Summit

    • Allen Lim and Biju Thomas are the authors of The Feed Zone and the creative minds behind Skratch Labs. The duo will be catering our Saturday recovery meal and chatting about the benefits of using wholesome ingredients for performance nutrition.
    • The Barchecks of Mosaic Cycles don’t just make bike frames, they aspire to craft something unique to the cyclist, a bicycle that embraces the rider’s aspirations. While touring their workshop, the folks at Mosaic will give us a unique look at their fabrication process and design philosophies.

Where will it be and what to expect?

The RCC Summit Boulder promises to be a complete immersion in Colorado cycling culture. Spend four days cycling through the state described as “the playground for the whole republic.” You’ll be riding on the classic stretches of road that left you drooling during American Flyers. Our RCC guides and support vehicles will accompany you and your clubmates through beautiful high-country, offering views of the Great Plains and Rocky Mountains. Attend events with influencers and VIPs before enjoying quality cuisine and drinks under the starry Colorado sky. Read about the additional program before and after the Summit here.

The Hotel Boulderado has been a downtown Boulder landmark since it opened on New Year’s Day, 1909. It was named for the words “Boulder” and “Colorado” so no guest would forget where they had stayed. Today, the hotel is on the National Register of Historical Places and is a City of Boulder landmark.
