• Two places at the summit, sharing a room with your non-riding friend or family partner
• This is for two places, for yourself and your accompanying friend or family partner at the RCC Summit Bentonville 2022, one who will be riding and one who will not be riding
• PLEASE NOTE: Only one of you needs to book, we will ask for both guest information post booking. Only riding guests need to be active RCC members
• A non-riding guest will be able to participate in all Summit activities apart from riding or support/ lunch when we are on the road, the hotel is conveniently located to take advantage of the local area so there will be plenty to do during the day. Please see the FAQs for more information of what is not included for a non-riding guest
• Staying in the hotel 21c Museum Hotel Bentonville in either a double room with your choice of two double beds or a single king bed
• Once booked we will follow up by email with a guest information form to gather additional travel details (including hotel room setup) to ensure your Summit experience is as smooth as possible
• We highly recommend that all guests bring their own gravel bikes with a minimum of 36 mm tires on this trip. If this is not logistically feasible, please contact with summits@rapha.cc to discuss bike hire options
