But with the Pro Team Winter Bib Shorts and their hybrid construction, you’ll stay warm and comfortable through a wide range of effort, at the same time as staying sleek and fast for times when the pace picks up. The bibs feature a three-layer hybrid fabric that offers wind protection and water resistance to the front, and warm yet breathable thermoroubaix panels at the back, while a high waist and thermal uppers provide further warmth for your torso. A longer leg length gives your quads much needed extra coverage on cold days, and our men’s Pro Team chamois pad balances support and speed for a race-winning advantage. Designed for winter training when skies darken earlier, reflective logos and elements feature throughout.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not like the good old days! Unfortunately Rapha keep changing the sizing on their products so at the moment nothing is fitting like it used to. I absolutely love my 2020 winter bibs and bought these to replace them. They are not the same- baggy leg grips, tighter straps and different chamois. Come on Rapha- let’s get back to what you do well- provide reliable products, sized consistently. I love Rapha but I’m now trying rival brands.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Spring/Autumn Bib Shorts Fantastic thermal bib shorts. I've had pervious versions of these and dithered in getting the latest version due to some of the reviews posted by folk that have purchased the bib shorts. I shouldn't have waited for so long, they're excellent and an improvement on the older model. The length is good, the material warm and protective, the upper bib comfortable (and warm) and the pad comfortable. Paired with Pro Team leg warmers they make an excellent choice for Spring/Autumn. Sizing is spot-on and in line with the rest of the Pro Team range. Better than the competition, thoroughly recommended.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not as good as before Better, but still not right somehow. The very original version of these shorts were great, the stitching didn’t come undone and they did not wear out that quickly. These updated ones have a great fit, but they are really poorly made now.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Keep you warm fo' sho! These big shorts keep you warm in 30s and 40s F temps no prob. Overall pleased, with 2 small complaints. While the Pro Team chamois is great, the bib short material can lead to some sliding around on the saddle, which is an issue I've never had with the Regular PT bibs. Also, the zippers on my Rapha vests are wearing the material on the bibs which is frustrating.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great bibs but poor quality reflective lettering Comfortable bibs with a compressive feel; pad very comfortable on long rides (6.5 hrs, etc); left leg Rapha lettering peeling away after only a handful of low temp washes. Waiting to hear from Rapha re: repair. If it wasn't for the fact that after a couple of weeks I'm now a 'RA--A' devotee, according to the lettering on the bibs, these would be great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fill the gap between regular bibs and full tights I feel like these fit well in the gap between the days where full tights would be overkill and normal bibs still find you too chilly in the lower torso/hips. They're super comfortable and warm without being overly so. Paired with knee/leg warmers, they could stand in for full tights, for sure. The grippers around the legs are super strong and compressive when compared to normal PT bib shorts...the design is very different than the grippers of those...but it seems intentional and well-prescribed since your more likely to be pairing these with knee/leg warmers and that strong gripper is on point in this function....my knee warmers stay put without exception whereas with regular bib shorts, there's enough lax for them to wiggle out over a long day and need a little pulling up. These are exactly what I wanted them to be...bib shorts for mild to medium winter days.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Super tight - Super good First time getting Winter Bib Shorts. I almost returned them after first try because they are super tight to put on. I really could not imagine that they would fit. Once on and wearing them on the bike though, they are fantastic. I've worn them in about 3-13 degrees C. They do start to feel very warm at the upper end of that range, but I would be comfortable wearing them in colder temps as well.

Being a winter short, could it be used with warmer temperatures between 15 - 25 Cº without getting hot?. I love the Burgundy/Black color, thx

I believe these bibs would be hot in 15 - 25 degrees C. They are meant for use in cold temperatures along with the use of leg warmers.

These bibs are water resistant in the front. They are not waterproof and we do not recommend using them as protection against heavy rain.

Do these have any wind protection/fleece backing in the crotch area? I find it gets chilly in that area first using regular bibs when out in cooler weather.

have you improved the durability of the RAPHA logos from the Pro Team thermal II ? Mine have cracked really badly...thanks

Hi. Since this is an updated/improved product made out of a different material than the Pro team thermal bib shorts, the wear and tear is also different compared the the previous version. Of course if you have the same experience with these bibs, we are more than happy to look into a solution for you.
