LATEST DELIVERY UPDATE

To check how disruption and restrictions caused by COVID-19 may affect delivery times before placing your order, we ask that customers consult the list below and check with the relevant local authority and carrier for more information on potential delays.

In the event that your order cannot be delivered because of restrictions, your items will be returned to Rapha and fully refunded.

EXTENDED RETURNS PERIOD

We are aware that certain carrier return methods are not operating as normal. Therefore; for customers wishing to return or exchange items, we have extended our returns period from 30 days to 90 on any products purchased on or after Wednesday, 19th February.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES

In light of recent developments in the COVID-19 outbreak, we have taken precautionary measures that will affect our Clubhouse opening hours, the activities of the Rapha Cycling Club and potentially some deliveries of orders around the world.

To protect the wellbeing of staff and customers, we have temporarily changed the opening times of some Clubhouses and closed others. Please consult the Clubhouse section of our website to check the status of your local Clubhouse.

As well as alterations to our Clubhouse opening hours, we have also suspended Rapha-led rides, events and gatherings around the world as part of a wider effort to limit the spread of the virus.

Separately, the confirmation of the RCC Summit Japan will be announced the week commencing April 6th.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by these measures and hope to resume normal service very soon. We will reassess our position regularly over the coming weeks and provide a further update when the situation improves.
