Light & Breezy
Tested in the world’s hottest and most humid riding climates, the Souplesse Flyweight Jersey is made to take the heat.

Heat and humidity puts jerseys through their paces. Sweat soaks fabrics, ill-placed seams cause irritation, and exposed skin risks sun damage. Rapha’s designers have reworked the Souplesse Flyweight Jersey with two new fabrics and a new construction to create an updated version that thrives in hot and humid conditions. Pair with the Souplesse Flyweight Bib Shorts for the ultimate hot weather riding outfit.
On the back of the jersey sun protection is a priority so an alternate lightweight fabric with a UPF 40 rating is used. This provides excellent protection though we recommend applying sun block too. The fabric is extremely breathable and quick-drying, allowing body heat to escape and ensuring comfort on the hottest of days.
The jersey’s front panels feature a new, featherweight fabric which is 20% lighter than the fabric used in our Souplesse Jersey II. The open knit structure is thinner to improve air flow over the body and provide superb ventilation, keeping you cool and drying quickly when the heat is on.
“The material offers better coverage and modesty without compromising breathability and moisture management. The sleeves make use of a super-light fabric that’s barely-there.”
