A soft and comfortable pair of slides designed for pre and post-ride.
Description
Designed with comfort in mind, Rapha’s Slides are designed for relaxing before and after your ride. The footbed is made from a soft and supportive foam and is contoured to create an ergonomic shape which cradles the foot. Made with a perforated microfibre material, the strap features the Rapha Cycling Club logo and a distinctive pink stripe. The underside is lined with padded lycra for a soft, secure fit worn with or without socks. As a reminder of the importance of rest and recovery, the heel is inscribed with an old adage from the peloton: “All hail the rest day”.

All hail the rest day!
Brilliant product! Absorbs shock from everyday walking aiding recovery of aching muscle, they are incredible comfortable and fits great.
On a side note I’m currently recovering from a torn muscle in my foot and was unable to wear or be comfortable in footwear but now living in my slides as they are incredible not to mention a bit of a conversation starter to my surprise.

Magical Slippers
I have been suffering heel pain for at least 2 years. Docs diagnosed plantar fasciitis and a heel spur. The recommended physio only ever helped for a couple of days. Spending most of my life in running shoes made no difference. Then I bought these slides…. Within 2 weeks the pain had gone almost completely, and I’m finally able to restart my off-season running after 2 years break. Just amazing.

For Japanese Oyajis or Alt Tour riders
I live in Tokyo where sandals are useful items as they are acceptable footwear inside the house and even as an alternative to shoes in the office to avoid wearing shoes all day long. A separate pair can be kept in the entrance hall for wearing outdoors in the summer, putting out rubbish, or even a quick trip to the convenience store. As a result, this is my third pair. I have black ones for outside, the previous grey/pink RCC at work, and these which are the best looking, for “recovery” in the house. While plastic sandals can bought for about a third of the price, it is difficult to get a good fit and there is nothing like these for comfort! If only Lachlan Morton had had a pair of these his feet may have been in better condition after the Alt Tour:-)

Made holes on top of my feet
Can just be that they don’t fit my feet, but they made a hole in the same place on top of both of my feet. They are somehow really comfy, but give me blisters that hurt more than a no deal Brexit. Look amazing though.

practical design
Finally I found a nice, chic pair of after ride slippers. Lightweight and enough space for the socks without being tight. Buy them a size bigger as they run small.

Are they waterproof?
These slides do feature perforated microfibre with lycra lining on the strap, but are made of EVA foam otherwise and getting them wet should not be an issue.

Is the underside of the upper strap padded?
The strap is padded and features a soft touch on the inside to feel comfortable against skin.

Am I able to hop in the shower with these on? Want to ensure they are able to get soaked in water without ruining them
