    Fire and cobblestone

    In tribute to the Queen of the Classics, we ride routes inspired by the cobbles and landscapes of Northern France. We emulate our heroes on the road but make sure to finish our ride with time to watch them race over the cobbles en route to the velodrome. To help you keep a level head whilst riding A Day in Hell, each rider receives a limited edition cap on the startline.

    • All tickets will be sold on a first come first served basis.

    The route

    Plotting a route out to the east of Seoul, A Day in Hell takes in the roughest of our local roads. Rider sign-on begins at Rapha Seoul from 9am; the ride leaves at 9.45am.

    The route covers a distance of 100km before finishing back at Rapha Seoul in time to watch the race proper unfold in the evening.

    A GPX file of the route will be made available to all riders a few days before the ride. Complementary sustenance will be provided at a feed station midway around the route and in the Clubhouse, which will stay open until the end of the race later in the evening. The ride is not supported so the emphasis is on self-sufficiency. We recommend taking at least two inner tubes on the ride, as well as food and water. We also recommend riding wider tires, 28mm are best.


    Can I download a GPX of the route?

    Yes, this year we will be sending participants a .gpx file a few days before the ride. We recommend uploading the .gpx file to your bike computer.

    Will there be a feed stop?

    Yes, there will be a feed stop at halfway on the course as well as food and coffee back at the Clubhouse.

    Is the ride supported?

    There will be ride food provided at the finish and the feed station, but the ride itself is not supported and we recommend taking at least two inner tubes, some food and plenty of water. We also recommend riding wide tyres with robust puncture protection.
