RCC Training Jacket
A reflective training jacket, highly visible in low light, available only to members of the RCC.
Train and be seen in this versatile jacket
A protective outer layer offering the comfort of a jersey and the performance of a jacket in one functional piece. Designed for cool, damp conditions this innovative, windproof softshell has a perforated membrane and DWR (durable water repellent) treatment to keep the elements out while still preventing overheating. With a reflective, high-vis pink armband, fully reflective RCC logo on the rear and reflective trims throughout, this jacket is highly visible from all angles. A high-cut waist at the front and lower hem at the back provides a streamlined ‘Pro Team’ fit. An RCC crest features on the back-right pocket of the jacket, and RCC stripes run down the sides.

If I wear a size Small jersey, what size training jacket should I purchase? Small or one size bigger
Is this jacket to be worn next to the skin or over a jersey?
Would this be the closest thing to Castelli's Gabba Jersey that Rapha makes?
What would be the difference to the RCC Pro Team Jacket?
Would this be similar in warmth to a softshell jacket only with a more snug fit. I ride in the winter as long as it is above zero with my current softshell. Below 30 f I wear the deep winter tights, socks, base layer and the winter jersey with it.
