The perfect merino hand base layer!
As with all the Rapha merino base layers, the Merino Liner is no different. Layered
with my Rapha winter glove or my Merino Glove the liner gives me that extra warmth on my cool morning & evening rides. The ability to remove them when the ride heats up is always great.
A few suggestions i do have is that the Merino Liner cuff should be thinner, longer and tighter so when layered with the other gloves the cuffs on all the gloves don't become too bulky. The cuffs should be staggered with the liner the longest.
Still an awesome glove and recommended.

These liners work well, fit great and are stylish but they don’t add a ton of extra warmth. When paired with winter or deep winter gloves I think they add about a 8 or 10 degree F buffer. That does however make a difference and it is nice riding at 24F and feeling about the same as 32 F without them on. I’m definitely glad I have them this winter. When it is single digits or low teens (with a wind chill factor) my hands can still get cold even with these and the deep winter gloves on so there are limits to everything. On the few sub zeroF days I’ve ridden I used my back up bulky ski gloves which were warmer.

Great gloves, just not for cycling
I love these gloves, but they're really best for keeping your hands warm on a walk. Using them under other cycling gloves, as they're meant to be warn, has still left the palms pilling in under two weeks of use. The wrist and fingers become warped after a few on/off cycles. Not durable enough, unlike all other Rapha merino that I've become accustomed to. I'm afraid that in another two weeks the gloves will be completely worn away at the palms and they'll be out of commission. Unfortunate.

Base layer is as base layer does
As with my merino base-layer, the merino glove layer provides additional warmth in spades. It's exceedingly well crafted and feels luxurious. With that said, I would definitely only use this as a base layer and not as a light glove – The fine weave of the merino wool makes it quite slippery on it's own.

Warm & Great Fit
I needed a better solution to keep my fingers warm from 20F-30F. I have used these with non-Rapha gloves and found they fit comfortably, wicked the sweat and allowed me to ride longer in colder temperarture ranges. While I tried these with the Rapha Overmitts, the Overmitts did not fit nor keep me warm. Just received a pair of the Rapha Deep Winter Gloves to hopefully enable longer cold weather riding together with the Merino Liners.

If you are on the fence, just get them
I have used rapha gloves for a few winter seasons and always wondered if the liner was needed. I recently purchased them and the answer was immediately yes, the are needed. The merino liner adds the excellent body temperature regulating qualities to whatever gloves you are wearing them under while not adding bulk to the overall glove paring and do not bunch up. Adds a few more degrees of use for any glove worn under.

Merino liners
Works great with the winter gloves which I bought in the bundle. If you are not sure how cold it is stick these in your jersey pockets and later if its too cold stop and pull these on under your winter gloves....cosy!

Excellent gloves but somewhat pricey
When it comes to Rapha I usually don't complain about price (or anything else) as you definetly get what you pay for. These gloves, however, seems too be a bit flimsy for this price meaning thatvthey are an excellent pair of baselayer glover for about 15£ too much.

Would the merino liner work with the Classic Gloves (the current model)?
The merino liner glove is intended to be worn on its own or paired with the Winter Gloves or Deep Winter Gloves. While they might work with the Classic Gloves, they were not designed to be paired with this model (or other model) gloves. You may need to change the size of the gloves to accommodate the liner gloves if you want to pair them with a different model.

Will these work with the pro team gloves?
The Pro Team Gloves will have a tight fit, so you may wish to use these if you take a size up in the Pro Team Gloves.

Would these work with the proteam neoprene gloves?
These would not work with the Neoprene Gloves. The Neoprene Gloves are designed to use the body heat produced when riding in the wet to keep your hands warm. The Merino liner would disrupt this process

You can use these garments off the bike. They are durable with proper care of the product.

Hi, these liners are not designed for use with the Leather Town Gloves, although they may fit if you size generously.

Hi, please order the same size, large, in the merino liner as well. The merino liner is a very fine grade wool and there is no need to size down or up when pairing with the Winter, or Deep winter gloves.
