Made from a high-stretch merino blend fabric that has a soft, brushed Terry inner, the Classic Thermal Arm Warmers offer an impressive level of additional warmth that will make a short sleeve jersey relevant even when conditions turn more hostile, especially when paired with a gilet to create a layering system.
With an improved fit that shapes to your left and right arms for comfort, other features include offset seams to prevent chafing, dotted silicone grippers top and bottom to hold them securely in place, and each arm has reflective trim for visibility.

... Like I’m in a secluded cabin sitting by the fireplace reading a Danielle Steele novel sipping apple
scented chamomile tea... But really I’m braving the LA winters 38F-55F wearing these guys with a Brevet Base Layer, Country or Classic Jersey and an Insulated Gilet. And I couldn’t be more comfortable (unless I was at said cabin with tea in hand). But the road is where we find our comfort. And these Arm Warmers are tops for me!!! I have multiple pairs. I’m 5’9”/ 170lbs and wear a size medium. They fit perfectly!!! They keep me warm and wick away sweat easily!! I hand wash them in cold water with Woolite and flat dry them. Like new!!! Stylish and functional!!! Get some!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A step up in warmth over the Merino Arm Warmers
I own the Merino Arm Warmers which I would normally wear with a woollen base layer and Classic Jersey with or without a thin gilet, and shorts. The Classic Thermal Arm Warmers are warmer and pair well with something like a Gabba jacket, with or without gilet, and leg warmers - thus extending the versatility of existing kit.

Not as tight as the merino arm warmers
These are very warm, but size S was a little loose on me. I am average build, 5'3" 105 lb and wear XS or S Women's Rapha. The merino arm warmers in size S fit smaller and better than the thermal arm warmers.

Well Made, Warm, But too tight at bicep
These are Rapha's latest version of the arm warmer. Pros: they are well made, snug and keep you warm. Cons: the bicep end is too tight (I'm no weight crusher) and are hard to pull down or remove when riding.

Excellent Arm Warmers
I was a bit sceptical before buying these as I have a pair of Castelli Nano Flex ones. How wrong could I be, theses are a lot lighter that the Caselli and I have to say warmer and a very comfortable fit.

Good warm practical arm warmers
Love these. As advertised on pack. Perfect for 10-13deg C mornings. I’ve got fairly long arms and by cyclist standards solidish biceps, and they fit me fine - so I’d describe their size as M/L as opposed to M.

Not Thrilled
I’ve been really happy with Rapha but these arm warmers have 2 issues for me. First is the silicon gripper - it’s thin and it is hard to get it to lay flat and not curl up. Second, they are not that warm. Fog cuts through them pretty easy.

How do you measure your arm for size? Wrist to armpit? Wrist to shoulder?
To take the measurement for the arm warmers measure from wrist to where you shoulder muscle meets your arm. Just between the bottom of your shoulder muscle and the top of your bicep.

Hi the length of my arm is 18.5" and biceps measure 12.5" would I be right to order the small in the arm warmer? The medium would be too long in the arm! Thanks Ian
It seems you're right between a small and a medium bicep-wise. I would recommend going with a size small, although it may be quite tight on your bicep. You could buy both small and medium warmers, and return the pair that doesn't fit.
