Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund, provided it is within 30 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging. All returns for orders over 30 days old must be sent back to Rapha within one month of the refund request being made. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items which are not in saleable condition.
Returns are only accepted online for items purchased directly from Rapha.cc. We are unable to accept online returns in Rapha Clubhouses.
If you have purchased from a Rapha Clubhouse or a third-party retailer, you should return the products directly to the location where they were purchased.
If you have purchased from Rapha Clubhouse Taipei or any third-party Taiwan retailers, the 7 day cooling-off period doesn’t apply to brick-and mortar stores. See Consumer Protection Act, Chapter 2, Section 3, Article §19 (2015). There will be no product return or exchange or refund accepted - sealed or unpacked, used or unused, once the purchase is done at Rapha Clubhouse Taipei or any third-party Taiwan retailers.
Faulty Goods
Rapha is committed to product excellence, and stands behind the quality of the products it produces. From time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has a suffered a manufacturing fault, please contact us. Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty. Returned items that have been worn should be laundered before return. Receipt of unwashed garments may result in your product being returned to sender.
Process
Returns for online orders are split into 2 processes - orders placed using a Registered Account, and orders placed using a Guest Account.
How to make a return for Registered Account Holders
To make a return login and visit your account page, click on order history and select the appropriate order. Click “START A RETURN” and complete the process via our returns portal to let us know which products you will be returning.
