Here is a selection of Rapha related web posts from the last few weeks and some general interest from the digital universe.
1. I can’t take my new Rainjacket off at the moment. Not only does the water run straight off the main fabric, but it also breathes and prevents windchill. Perfect for this time of year. Just ask Competitive Cyclist.
2. Selectism have our brand new Knitted Winter Hats firmly planted on their heads. I don’t blame them as, in my opinion, it is the best hat we have ever produced.
3. I know we keep banging on about Cyclocross, but 'tis the season, so get involved if you haven’t already. David Arthur and his RoadCycling UK buddies were racing against some of our guys last week and also managed to review our latest ‘cross ¾ bib shorts.
4. Also, some cycling journal/'cross team called Embrocation are getting very muddy on rather fetching Ridley 'cross bicycles and sporting familiar looking jackets.
5. The Cycling Inquisition Blog is not one I am familiar with but has a similarly cynical take on cycling ‘style’ as the infamous New York snob. Scroll down the link for a deconstruction of yellow jerseys vs. pink jerseys.
6. Speaking of BikeSnob NYC, we recently sent him the latest paisley Silk Scarf, which he suggests has a “new and improved bicycle component patternway”. And what did he use it for?

7. Bicycling magazine seem to like using the scarf in a more orthodox fashion.
8. Kristian House, Rapha Condor stalwart and National Road Race Champ, was on the Guardian Bike blog podcast last week.
9. And now for something completely different:
Check out the Manzine blog for gentlemanly interests and pursuits.

I've been reviewing the cross gear as well: http://www.atomicecho.com/cycling/clothing/rapha_cross_jersey_and_cross_34_bib_shorts_reviewed.shtml
Absolutely love it.

Yeah, thanks Alex. I like that you are using the jersey for commuting as well. I am a big fan of its versatility. Thanks for the review!

Day 8 of the rain jacket and all is dry here in Portland, at least inside the jacket.
What a bit of heaven.
Rain is predicted for the next 10 days, maybe more.
Ready, set.
