Weekly blog roundup

Time for the weekly roundup of blogs and whatever else we've found out in the waves of the web.
First up is an archive of Tour de France images from the Dutch National Archive on Flickr. Some well known and lesser known photos, but all fantastic stuff.

A post on A Continuous Lean featuring some inspiring images of the Alpine adventures of Jobst Brandt. Palo Alto Bicycles, a Californian cycle store and Rapha stockist, also document Brandt. Thanks to Carey for the heads up and James Jung for the great article.

A Flickr pool of Dieter Rams' work for Braun. His influences can still be seen in a lot of Apple's contemporary design. Image by photonium*.

Brooks has collaborated with Dan Funderburgh. They've produced some very special textured saddles showing the altitude lines of Alpe d'Huez. Via Cool Hunting.
