Some improvements, some steps back
This iteration of the pro team training long sleeve jersey has a softer and more comfortable fabric than the last one. The cut of the hem is higher on the back, making it more confortable for me. The added zippered pocket is great, but the pocket materials are not as stretchy as before.
A huge downgrade is the cut of the sleeves. Compered to the previous iteration, the leeves are shorter, and less thight at the biceps and shoulder area. I am 181 cm, 65 kg, and wear a size S, and the upper parts of the sleeve are not tight on my arms at all. The sleeves stop about 3-5 cm before my wrist.
Other than the sleeves the jersey is great and would recommend.

Fits nice and Proteam,what more do you want.
This new jersey is a great fit,iam normally a medium in the proteam sizing and cut and this medium lightweight jersey is a perfect fit, it seems a bit shorter in body length than usual but this makes it better imo.
You can get quite a bit in the rear pockets without any sag or bounce when riding, certainly proteam, all in all a great new long sleeve jersey from Rapha.

Great fit
Excellent fit (I usually take a large and an L in this was spot on for shoulder width, arm length and just the right tightness in the body). Works great in Spring conditions - between 10 and 18 degrees. Surprisingly warm for such thin material. V comfortable.

Excellent light long sleeve jersey
It’s so hard to find a good LIGHT long sleeve cycling shirt that doesn’t come in terrible colors. This jersey ticks all the boxes. Breathable, not ugly, fits well, feels good, seems durable, has a zipper pocket for your wallet.
I do wonder about how effective it is for protecting you from the sun - but it seems to do a good enough job so far.

Hi would you suggest to size up for the pro team jersey from the normal range thanks
The Pro Team line is meant to fit tighter and be more aerodynamic than our other lines. We do not recommend sizing up unless you prefer a looser fit.

What is a difference between this proteam long sleeve lightweight jersey and old proteam long sleeve training jersey?
The biggest differences are the sleeve cuffs and hem cuff that were on the Long Sleeve Pro Team Training Jersey. The cuffs on the new jersey are not thick bands. Also the new Pro Team Long Sleeve Lightweight Jersey has an essentials pocket in the back in addition to the regular jersey pockets.

How does the fit compare with the Pro Team Aero jersey?
The fit is similar to the Pro Team Aero Jersey, however the Aero Jersey offers more compression. The neckline of the Pro Team Long Sleeve Lightweight Jersey is also just a tiny bit higher than that of the Pro Team Aero Jersey.
