Loose in the sleeves relative to the body
As others have noted, this jersey differs from older Classic long-sleeves in fabric and features. I loved the look but ultimately returned it for three reasons:
1. while the body fit well, it was noticeably loose in the sleeves. I have an older Classic jersey and a new Core jersey, both of which fit closer in the sleeves.
2. the pockets are a bit narrower than most jerseys, and the fabric doesn't have much stretch to it, so it seemed it would be hard to stuff them full.
3. the fabric, while comfortable on the skin, seemed thinner and cooler than either the traditional Classic or the contemporary Core jerseys.
It's by no means bad, and I did deliberate for quite a while on whether to keep it.

Great winter jersey with added style
Excellent balance of warmth while still being light enough for winter conditions here in Sydney. I really like this limited edition colourway. Be aware that on this particular version there is no zipped 'valuables pocket' on the back - contrary to the description on the site, I am guessing because the side panels slightly compromised the space for it. I was happy to make that compromise for the added style however.

Design & quality on point
I like the design and quality of this l/s jersey. It's perfect for controlling temperature ranges 45-55f, I noticed a difference to my Brevet l/s jersey with the wool fabric (this one is warmer). I'd say the fit is in-line with what others have stated---arms are a bit long and the waist/chest area fits more like pro/core series than the classic/brevet (looser or club fit). I wear a medium in all Rapha lines and I don't think I would size up for this one (just fits a bit snugger than I prefer).

OK but not Classic Jersey
This jersey has a nice looks but its quality if far from the normal Classic Long Sleeve Jersey I own:
1) the textile has much more plasticky look and feel
2) it has no zipped pocket on the back
3) it develops small tears on the surface of the textile easily
Nonetheless I am using it, because overall its not bad and looks cool. But I feel misled by Rapha using "Classic Long Sleeve" name. I am a long time Classic series products user - this product is not Rapha Classic quality I know.

Merino For the Win
Simply one of the best cool weather jerseys I have ever owned. Wool blend has never lost its place in the cycling world and it's great to see Rapha embrace the tried and tested. Amazing colours couple with performance make this kit a. must have!

Lovely material
The material has a very nice soft texture and feel and looks lovely on. Comfy and cosy. Not as many pockets as the Brevet tops but as comfy.
