If you wish to cancel your holiday
If you fail to pay in full 60 days prior to departure, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and your deposit will be forfeited. Should you or any member of your party be forced to cancel your booking, we must receive notice by phone and we will follow up with an email confirmation of cancellation. The cancellation will take effect from the date that such notice is received at our offices, and the following cancellation charges will apply. The charges are expressed as a percentage of the total trip price.

No refunds are made for meals, services, or lodging paid for but not used. All optional extras you order are considered part of the trip cost and are subject to cancellation fees.
Cancellations to trips
On very rare occasions it may be necessary for us to cancel a trip. We reserve the right to do this up to 30 days prior to start date. In these circumstances, you will be entitled to: a) Book any other available trip; or b) receive a full refund of all monies paid. C. We will also provide to you a £200 credit to use to transfer to another trip departing over the proceeding two years. In the event that it is necessary for Rapha to cancel a specific trip, Rapha will not be liable for any flight costs incurred by the customer. For this reason it is recommended flight booking is delayed until the tour is confirmed. Trip travel insurance is also recommended.
Should a business or personal emergency cause you to not be able to follow through with your Rapha Travel trip, just transfer to another Rapha Travel trip. You may transfer to any trip, for which space is available, scheduled to depart within two years of the trip you originally signed up for. There is no charge for transferring all of your payments to another trip. Transfers made 60 days or fewer in advance will be considered a cancellation, and our standard cancellation policy will apply.
Alterations to Itinerary
We will use our best endeavours to ensure that none of the ingredients of your holiday arrangements has to be altered. However, occasions may arise when we cannot follow our advertised itineraries or schedules. If any additional expenses are incurred through delay, accident or disruptions of planned itineraries beyond our control, we cannot compensate you for such expenses.

If you have any concerns while on holiday with Rapha Travel, please communicate those concerns directly with your Rapha professional guide and allow us to address them immediately . If you feel the matter is serious, you should also notify our UK office by phone, email or fax.
Whilst we reserve the right to increase or decrease brochure prices at any time, once you have booked your trip and paid the deposit, the price shown on your booking confirmation is fully guaranteed.
