Cycling over-shorts ideal for commuting

Rapha’s Touring Shorts are a road riding interpretation of the cycling overshorts known to mountain bikers as “baggies”. They are made from a lightweight, breathable fabric and are versatile enough for both urban commutes and longer rides.

Designed to be worn over bib shorts, Touring Shorts have a slim, contemporary cut to ensure they won’t flap in the wind while on the bike. Performance features include a non-slip panel in the waistband to hold the shorts in position when riding and satin tapes inside the hems to stop them catching on undershorts.

Other details include a special gusset to prevent chafing and easy-to-use waist adjusters. A zipped pocket at the front of the shorts is cut shallow to prevent objects digging into the leg when cycling and the shorts have an additional rear pocket for carrying valuables. Reflective piping on the back of the legs helps make the rider more visible when riding in poor light.
