The Service

Although each Rapha Randonnée is an epic riding challenge, Randonneurs enjoy excellent support throughout their journey. Each trip has been carefully planned to make all aspects of the journey as stress free as possible.

Please note: Participants will need to have a good level of fitness to ride long distances each day and recover for the next stage.

A £500 deposit is required to secure a place on a Randonnée. Please call La Fuga to make a booking.

Rider support:

  • Team car back-up
  • Mechanical assistance
  • Guide rider for each trip

Food and accommodation:

  • The hotels along the course have been carefully selected to offer a warm welcome to cyclists with an emphasis, where possible, on small, family run, non-chain establishments in beautiful surroundings: A mixture of 2, 3 and 4 star locations. Randonneurs will be staying in double rooms with single occupancy.
  • Full nutrition and delicious breakfasts provided with lunch (en route) served at checkpoints.
  • Bidons, energy drinks, bars and gels all provided in preparation for the day's route.
  • All evening meals provided to a gourmet standard with regional wine/drinks included.

  • Rapha 'Brevet' book: a written and photographic record of your trip

The Rapha Randonnées have been carefully developed to deliver the ultimate point-to-point riding challenge. We have focused on personal service and attention to detail to make each trip as satisfying as possible.

Rapha has worked with La Fuga to deliver the Rapha Randonnées. Established in 2007 by Rapha Condor racer Ross Muir and former pro Ian Holt, La Fuga offers luxury cycling trips to Italy and beyond. Rapha has worked with La Fuga on trips to the Giro di Lombardia and the Etape du Tour.

How to Book:

Each Randonée route will be run only twice in 2010. As numbers on each trip will be limited to 12 people, places on the Rapha Randonnées will be extremely scarce and are likely to be snapped up quickly.
