Did Paris Roubaix last year. The same course as the pros race. So, that was 260km. We first had a dry road but after a while it start storming. The cobbles became slippy and we got our real Paris-Roubaix. The Challange is only 162km wat is that?

To make the challenge open to varying abilities the 162km distance seems logical. It still takes in all the iconic climbs and roads of the race, but gives more people the chance to finish!

For me the victory is worth more when the challenge is greater. Not everybody have to be able to complete the challenge. That is only forced egalitarianism. You go to the challenge whit a certain number of people. That are the people that you support and help when they need it. At the end you celebrate the victory together. Because one thing is certain, all will suffer.

Riding the 162km is also a great challenge, but it is not the real deal.It is more as the Olympic Spirit. Participating is more important than the victory.

I think two distances are the best option. 162km and 260km.Do not misunderstand me because I really can appreciate the initiative of organizing challenges like this.

And yes the worst part is included because that is the last 50km of the ride. I hope that Arenberg is included. Do not dare to take the tarmac in Arenberg :).You also should not forget the last cobblestones in Roubaix just before the Velodrome in the middle of the road. I wish the participants good luck.

(I hope my English is not too bad ;) because it is not my mother tongue).
