Membership runs for a year from January to December. A reduced price membership is available for spouses of members (£25), students (19 – 23 years, £10), youths (16-19 years, free) and people wanting to race (£25). If you wish to apply for a concession please contact club@raphacondor.cc for details.
The Rapha Condor Cycling Club is a traditional road riding club reinvented for today’s rider. It is a club for discerning and passionate fans of the sport, its mission to provide an environment that inspires members to get the most from their riding and discover more about racing.
The club is a platform for fans and supporters of Rapha and Condor to actively support the UK based professional team, Rapha Condor JLT. It is a Club of like-minded individuals who are able to share their passion for the road with each other.
When the Club was founded 6 years ago its aim was to raise funds to support the UCI registered Rapha Condor pro continental team. Our focus in this regard remains and in 2013 the bulk of all subscriptions raised by RCCC membership will go back to the team. RCCC is a valued sponsor of Rapha Condor JLT.
RCCC welcomes members from all over the UK and overseas. We have a number of members who join RCCC as a second club to vicariously support the professional team but who also participate in our Regional Rides that take place around the UK and on occasion overseas. RCCC encourage grupettos in local areas to form their own unique ride groups, to communicate with the general membership by way of the Forum and to welcome members from other areas to join them on their own group rides.
The Rapha Condor Cycling Club is for discerning riders who love to ride. The club advocates that its members obey the rules of the road, and are respectful to other road users. For example chasing down and admonishing cars and jumping red lights are not encouraged! Members may;
- Race in Club colours.
- Apply to ride the Club organised and supported Regional Rides.
- Participate in the Forum – the mouthpiece of RCCC.
- Join regular Club Runs from Barnet on a Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
Importantly though we encourage members to get behind and actively support the Rapha Condor JLT team. www.raphacondor.cc »
You can also follow the Club on twitter @raphacondorCC
for frequent updates on the professional team, Rapha Condor JLT.
*Club membership is £75 per calendar year. Membership begins on 1st of January 2013 and ends on 31st of December 2013.
**In 2013 club members will not have Club related discount privileges at Rapha or Condor and the Club will not sponsor membership of British Cycling. We do though encourage UK based members to take out membership directly with British Cycling.
