Part 3 - Amity

“We ate lunch at the Amity Deli and Market. Two friendly overweight metal chics dressed in skimpy sketchy high school clothes listening to the worst kind of Death Metal I’ve ever experienced, helped us. The music was ungodly loud. It was impossibly loud and soooooooo bad. You couldn’t think or even talk really. Nobody complained or even mentioned it. The whole thing was surreal. We just sat there under this small town redneck metal spell and ate our pretty good sandwiches. I felt like I was in a David Lynch movie for thirty minutes. I was just happy to be not on my bike.”
